The Presidency of Donald J. Trump: No smocking guns. The Presidency of Donald J. Trump: No smocking guns.

at the cia, in front of the memorial for the people that gave their lives for this country, trump said that 250k people in the dc mall wasn't bad. he's hedging his bets because he believes the 250k number, in case this all blows up and he has to go back, he can still say he always thought 250k was a fantastic number. this is just a test of the trump destabilization system. this is only a test.

Sorry, my bad.
Hey man, on the plus side, your money to Hillary's campaign probably had a bigger positive effect than your vote's negative effect.

i'm just imagining steve bannon in the oval office, yelling at sean spicer as trump looks on from behind the desk, "YOU GOTTA GET ANGRY! YOU GOTTA SHOW THEM WHO THEY'RE DEALING WITH NOW"

like, who's idea was it to have him yell the whole thing, then lol storm out taking no questions?

The fate of the free world rests with John McCain and Lindsay Graham.

Trump not stopping their **** can arguably be a bigger concern.

And both have already said he will vote for Tillerson's confirmation.

Just try to remember this in 2020 if he makes it there. And remember this when voting in midterms and looking at your representatives and noting if they stood against or with trump.

Lol, they're already falling in line for tillerson. Waaf.

The only way anyone in congress will ever start standing up to trump is if they realize that supporting trump is politically untenable. If their constitutes make them realize their reelection is in question, that's only when they'll pay attention.
01-22-2017 , 10:23 PM
i hope those two are just giving trump rope to hang himself. maybe 10% chance that's what they're doing

Holy Crap. Like how does anyone defend this?

Someone please embed that tweet if it didn't come up.

EDIT: Ehh.. to be fair to Trump, the black guy puts that pole in his right hand and walks past him.

To be fair, other dude was holding a censure(?) and never offered.
01-22-2017 , 10:33 PM
Yeah looked intentional on the other guys part - he didn't want to shake Trumps hand.
01-22-2017 , 10:34 PM
Lol how do you not swing that thing at Trump and become famous overnight

This isn't Trump though, it's some guy from Alabama.

I think it probably gets quietly buried in Committee. Foreign Affairs is chaired by Ed Royce, who is relatively sane.
01-22-2017 , 10:42 PM
This Alabama guy btw has done this before (submit a bill to leave the UN). I doubt most of the party is on board with it.

Go read Breitbart's comments section. Yes, any random article. We're well past the point of that being the target audience.

Report the lie. Ignore it. Move on. I did like Todd's laugh though. I'd like to try Michael Moore's strategy. Make fun of him, instead of arguing. He hates being laughed at more than anything.

Conway threatened to cut access when this happened. 'Alternative facts' is overshadowing this part of that interview.

This, bigly. That's what Todd should have made hay over.

Yeah, I'm grunching a bit so I don't know if this thread went HAM in the past 150 posts but that part is the scary part.

And it was right at the front end. It's not like Conway got fed up and flustered and lashed out after getting clowned. It was a prepared salvo for the 1st time she heard something she perceived as objectionable.
