Well these tweets seem to mostly come from him. He may have someone helping him choose the word there, though he may know it and it's kind of lame like he's proud of knowing a hard word.

Most of us on this forum fall into a very unique subset of American people. Imagine a Venn Diagram with the intersection of three circles: Significantly above average intelligence, closely follows politics, understands probabilities.

We're in that intersection; very few people are. I'm not trying to make us out to be superhuman geniuses, but that specific combination has to be rare.
