Technically, you're supposed to get fed debate answers. It's called 'preparation'. Which, if you're anti-intellectual like most of his base, translates into 'cheating'.

So yes, in many people's mind she 'cheated' because she 'prepped/studied'. Anybody else getting high school flashbacks?

Her answer was like, "I'm doing president for all Americans, particularly the children." Bernie's would have been, "I'm doing...the middle class are being screwed by the billionaires."

The debate question thing is so dumb. Even if Clinton received every question word for word ahead of time, it wasn't going to help her that much. Any candidate should know what questions they are going to get to a pretty high degree of certainty and have answers prepared for various situations.

Trump is just pissed because he didn't prepare so he NEEDED the questions ahead of time.

McConnell can go nuclear, but he's rolling the dice. What he'd definitely be losing: no more 60 y/o moderate appointees liked by Orin Hatch. I would not be at all surprised if GOP has 2 defections on rules vote. I see it as like 30-40%.
