No, but undermining the strike would essentially be acting as scabs/strikebreakers. Usually the solidarity would be with the strikers, but in this case it's really with those affected by the executive order. At any rate, if Uber swoops in to take taxi business now, they're taking advantage of the taxi drivers' attempt to resist this fascist.

May well be true - or partially true anyway. Uber drivers themselves won't be eager to fight the protest and many of them may refrain in solidarity anyway.
