It was a lot, I'm still processing it. Some of the highlights:

"I don't know if my own government has my back."
He says that the response so far to Russian interference has been so laughably weak, it actually encourages Putin to continue. Serious measures are needed if we want to actually try to prevent this from happening in the future.
1000's of GOP and Dem officials were hacked (besides the Trump administration). Those officials may be compromised by blackmail or kompromat now.
Russians actively targeted Trump with fake news on Twitter which he would often retweet.
Many of Trump's major lines through the campaign came directly or indirectly from Russian propaganda (3-5 million illegal votes, Obama wiretapping Trump Tower, saying Hillary would start World War 3 if elected).
He says to follow the money trail here and "follow the trail of dead Russians" to know what really happened.
They pointed out multiple times that if the U.S. does not respond in a serious manner, we can expect this kind of thing to continue and even to increase.
Russians also targeted key states during the election with fake news stories. The attack on the voting registry, however, was probably more of an attempt to reduce confidence in our democracy + elections rather than an attempt to actually change voting outcomes.

That long stretch where Donald refused to say a single bad word about Putin was a very unfortunate coincidence too and he's lucky he didn't keep that up.

Edit: he has

spitball us a logical explanation or two on why multiple "Trump people" were meeting with Russians and then repeatedly lying about it

My God Ben Garrison gets under my skin. He's angling to be the chief propagandist in the new Trump police state.

Trump doesn't understand the tea party people at all nor what they have done to the Republican Party. He solidifies their obstructionism and opposition every time he says something like this. It's unlikely any of them think he is even a little bit of a republican. Let alone one who represents and supports their mostly harder leaning views.

I like that Google is somehow part of the swamp.

This segment from the hearing today is pretty damning:

1) Once you've decided to hack the DNC, deploy thousands of fake twitter trolls, and use them to disseminate fake news about a US presidental campaign, you're already in some pretty dangerous territory wrt exposing your op. Getting some assistance from the Americans doesn't significantly increase the likelihood that the op gets discovered, especially when you keep in mind that:

2) If the allegations are true, the Russians didn't just randomly start calling people in the Manhattan phone book and ask them if they wanted to work on a Presidential campaign. Manafort, Page, Flynn, etc, all have long-standing relationships with the Russian govermnent and oligarchs. So, they would have had a chance to test these guys in other situations before dropping the super secret election plan on them.

And

3) There are obvious benefits to collusion that would not be available if the Russians just freelanced the op. Just off the top of my head, having access to internal polling data, messaging calendars, travel schedules, ad buys, etc, would all be beneficial.

Oh, look, one of the Rothschilds is an octopus and is holding up a Star of David and a slice of pizza, with terrified children wrapped in his tentacles! I wonder if there's a subtext there? I always read too much into these things.

The South Carolina Republican told The Post and Courier that Trump chose to convey this message through an intermediary: White House budget chief Mick Mulvaney, a former member of the S.C. congressional delegation, co-founder of the House Freedom Caucus and a friend.

"'The president asked me to look you square in the eyes and to say that he hoped that you voted ‘no’ on this bill so he could run (a primary challenger) against you in 2018,'" Sanford said Mulvaney told him.

He added that Mulvaney made it clear he did not want to deliver the message but did so at Trump's insistence.

"I’ve never had anyone, over my time in politics, put it to me as directly as that," Sanford said, perhaps understating just how monumental it is for a sitting president to openly go after members of his own party.
