Everything is already not ok, one week in and green card residents are being turned away at our borders

wild that he invoked 9/11 in the muslim ban and left saudi arabia off the list. he only wants to bully muslim countries that are too impoverished to do anything about it

so now that non US citizens outside of the USA are granted all the rights given in the Constitution does that mean British gun control laws will be overturned?

Hell no this isn't going to be stuck at the bottom of a page.

trump did confirm that he views the free press as the opposition party. http://www.politico.com/story/2017/0...n-party-234280

so one of your steps just caved in under your foot

No tax returns

Tax returns are not a constitutional required check and balance on the Executive branch. The President has filled out his legally required financial disclosure forms.
Here is the link:
http://pfds.opensecrets.org/N00023864_2016_Pres.pdf

Before you ask, sure, I think Trump should have released them. But I don't care.

Divestment

Trump has divested his individually owned stocks.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/busin...06c_story.html

His cabinet has also divested.

Literally Google "Name" divestment and "Name" financial disclosures. It's all there. In the Cyber. I'm sorry you live in your bubble and don't have access to all these websites in the Cyber.

Not a single Republican standing up to him?

The most amount of EO as President?

You're confusing executive ORDERS with executive ACTIONS (or Proclamations). Again, fake news from your bubble adds these together to make big ole mean Trump seem so bad.
Obama had more executive ORDERS. Most of Trump's are executive ACTIONS. Which legally mean nothing. Trump can issue an executive action that PROCLAIMS he has the largest Presidential Penis. It doesn't ****ing matter. He has a similar number of executive orders as Obama.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o...3765_and_above

Calling the 4th Estate the opposition?

Trump didn't say that. His advisor did. Who ****ing cares. It doesn't matter if his advisor calls the press his "supporters" either. The press is free to report on whatever they want.

Forcing the Press Secretary to lie?

The Press Secretary can always resign if he doesn't believe in what he has to spew. Trump isn't blackmailing him to be the Press Secretary.
so you're fine with the white house telling outright lies, as long as the official mouthpiece is not personally coerced

So there you go.

Calm yourself down. Go for a walk. It's been a week and Trump hasn't nuked us all to Armageddon yet. Maybe you'll realize that spending your free time perusing far-left media has triggered you into believing we're 30 seconds from Nazi Germany. But we're not. I assure you.

The immigration checkpoints are in the US, dumbass. The Constitution also fundamentally constrains all government agents.

Well, no terrorist deaths so far so it's working out great. There will be the usual number of gun deaths, but who cares, and certainly nobody gives a **** about the extra ISIS recruits overseas. Yep, it's working out great.

He really can't lose in the mind of his supporters. If nothing happens in the US then they will say great (and forget that nothing happened before) and if something does happen then people will support it more. It's not as if his supporters have any idea or care about what happens in other countries.

This whole thing makes me sick. The amount of families that are being hurt today for NO ****ING REASON other than the delusional feelings of idiot Americans is just horrendous.

For those that don't know still or decide to close their senses to the real evidence....we have 24 month application periods for refugees where they undergo an insane amount of vetting. I would love to hear a LOGICAL EVIDENCE based explanation for why this is not enough?

great chance here for Canada to gain more diversity which will make the stronger

Trump might do the things to cater his narcissistic needs. Meanwhile Kushner is working towards filling his and Trumps pockets while Bannon is working towards fascism.
I figured this was your point and was right that we were talking past each other. I don't disagree with what you are saying but you are wrong that only people on here or twitter talk about his mental health. From NYMag to the Atlantic and WashPo plenty are talking about it. Look at the last paragraphs of this article - https://www.washingtonpost.com/opini...-draw10&wpmm=1

I wonder if Canada will take just regular Americans fleeing ******ation? I'm not being persecuted yet but I can sense it's coming.

His base don't care about evidence. I'm not sure how much you have sifted about Trump Facebook groups etc, but it really gives a feel that it will take something seismic to make them even question their new hero. Heck, when asked to describe him I've seen video clips of people praising his adherence to family values, his honesty, that he respects people who stand up to him and his selflessness. Honestly, I can't imagine how this will end.

It's not very politically correct, but seeing events as an outbrake of severe ******ation does kind of fit.

I guess Trump will be proposing a wall along the border with Canada. How else could they prevent terrorist immigrants to Canada from getting into the U.S.?

I don't debate deplorable racists. You can't be reasoned with. You care only about ensuring the suffering of brown people and nothing more.

Yea I know it's horrible and I think I try to live in denial of the fact that so many people make decisions in such dark ages type of ways.

But but we took our country back today and made it great again, right?????????
