I think we're hard on Raheem when we shouldn't be.

There's definitely an instinct to jump on anybody that doesn't agree with the majority in P because so many who deviate from the majority are either bigots or trolls. But people who are willing to change their minds in such a huge way are few and far between. The willingness to accept new information when it contradicts previously held beliefs is extremely rare. It's also nice to see people who can be intellectually honest with themselves and others.

I'm sticking to innocent until proven guilty of trolling.
