No, I mean Trump's policies are going to hurt you.

Unless you are making $1 million/yr or more, Trump is going to hurt you.

And as someone that is on SSDI and Medicare, I will be hurt earlier and far more than the majorities of Americans.

So believe me, I am not enthusiastic about any of this.

Yeah, I'm not an American. Long story how I got interested in American politics. At first it was as a Trump supporter, but now I had a 180-degree turn and I'm very worried about him.

He's unpredictable. Like he said literally thousands of times during the campaign.

the more i think about it the more this trump move feels like a huge lose-lose to him.

if he wins he asserts some dominance but even if he wins he loses a huge amount of his core support, and thats one thing that he tried to never do so far, alienate some of his hardest followers.

Not only that but he's basically saying his second option is not touching obamacare at all, which is another thing his followers never wanted.

hes breaking big core promises either way

I don't even know if the apprentice tapes got released it would have changed the outcome.

I find it likely that he found out there is more than smoke by finding out that the tapppppps we had on foreign targets picked up conversations with Trump and his associates, so he ran straight to Trump and they are downplaying it as incidental communications. There is something shady about the guy. Just throw him in with the rest of the lot.

His followers want him to gut Obamacare. Just don't touch that sweet ACA stuff they love. But now that the cat's out of the bag, (haha, we almost tricked them with the Obamacare/ACA stuff!) they don't want Trump touching healthcare.

Don Cheadle tweeted about his Trump nbomb experience about 2-3 weeks ago.

Hard for me to say this is gonna matter much in the end when I can't remember what happened a week ago. Just this week is insane and we're only at the beginning of the craziness of the **** show.

If it was the last few days before the election, might've been enough, otherwise obviously not. The other video didn't matter at all in polling after a few days.

So if the vote fails on Friday and Obamacare is left in place, is Trump going to try to sabotage it in order to make himself look good? What a sick human being.

Would not surprise me since he sent out his lackey Spicey to slam Obama for 5 minutes in the briefing this morning.

Well Obamacare by itself too has some flaws, I mean premiums are going through the roof and stuff. But this new bill doesn't address the problem. It's all just so bizarre.

I seriously don't think there is any difference between conservative and liberal "elitism." Both sides don't tolerate dissent. Both sides think they are right 100%. Both sides laugh at the other for being dumb or whatever.

See I feel that you are being purposely disingenuous for some reason. But, I do concede that maybe you are just ignorant and can't discuss things with nuance. Obamacare does have problems, but premiums going through the roof are mainly in states that rejected the medicaid expansion. States that went with the medicaid expansion saw lower premiums and a drastic reduction in uninsured folks.

Yeah I guess. What is the best thing that could've happened healthcare-wise is have Clinton president and she would've done some changes to address the premiums going up. Or I guess Bernie Sanders. Now that Trump is the president, it's like he has to repeal the whole thing.

Rubio or Kasich would have been reasonable I think.

No, Clinton getting elected and Republicans having control of Congress would have resulted in Republican's doing the same **** they did for the past 8 years. Sending stupid ass repeal bills to Clinton only for her to Veto that **** and have it go back to Congress. They really never wanted to repeal it, they wanted to use it as an issue to gain/retain voters by bitching about it and then saying "Well, we tried but Obama sux".

I'm sorry. I had a personal experience and I'm still a little shook from it.

But it is undeniable that a lot of things have been going on recently.

Only other week of Trump's presidency that has been this crazy is when the Muslim ban was suddenly implemented.
03-24-2017 , 03:30 AM
Trump was surprised that the healthcare bill was more difficult than anything he'd ever done in real estate.
03-24-2017 , 03:31 AM
Trump in a way has the mental capacity of a 6-year-old.

He said to Hannity "Look at my desk. Papers. Presidents don't have so many papers."

And now he rode the truck and played with the horn.
03-24-2017 , 03:37 AM
I have not seen any kind of good thing from him yet. All he is doing for himself only.
03-24-2017 , 03:53 AM
It's starting to appear the trump train might be pulling into the station - hopefully this is the movie where the Feds are already there waiting for him.

Sean Spicer used an analogy that this healthcare bill is the only train leaving the station. That is kind of a Nazi reference, but also a reference to that there's not gonna be a new healthcare bill if this doesn't go through.
