Just because Russia is no longer communist, doesn't mean their threat to American interests have eroded completely. While they are not the military force they once were with the entirety of the Soviet Bloc behind them, they still have a nuclear arsenal second only to the US. Putin has shown hes not afraid to use military force and has shown complete disregard for human rights domestically.

Tillerson is skipping the scheduled NATO conference to meet with the Russians. This administration is completely compromised and can not be trusted. They are beholden to capitilistic greed.
