what do you guys think trump means when he says his family has "good genes"? when you contrast it with his hostile attitude toward every nation except nations dominated by white people.

Today I found myself randomly missing the "Trump Leaks" Twitter guy from the campaign. That guy was the best:

TNC talked about PG County a little bit in Between the World and Me as being, like, bizarro world. I didn't understand it all, I think maybe it was geared towards people more familiar with the area, but what I did gather is that PG County is the wealthiest majority-black county in the US and still struggles with police brutality and racism you'd normally find in poor areas of large cities.

Politico: Washington's Ferguson next door

But the experience of Prince George’s County shows that the equation isn’t always so neat. Even in a jurisdiction where blacks have political power, education and money, achieving long-lasting police reforms hasn’t been easy—and it was arguably the intervention of the Justice Department that has been most responsible for bringing any meaningful change.

Yet people still believe he's some kind of devout Christian.
01-27-2017 , 07:37 PM
that's a great question to ask trump
01-27-2017 , 07:44 PM
I'm sure any question that includes "clearly you're a smart man, you're a smart businessman, you've contemplated this before" is infinitely more likely to elicit a response from Trump than any question that doesn't.

No one believes he is a devout Christian. Christians supported him because he would look after their interests more than Hillary.

How? By bringing about the apocalypse?
01-27-2017 , 08:00 PM
lol their interests are getting to the afterlife before they can sin again

Seriously, the way to get him to really show his true colors is to fellate him with a softball while guiding him to a topic you know he'll suicide bomb himself on. That was fantastic.

Reminds me a lot of how he answered a question about heroes.

This isn't about whether he is a Christian or not, it is about whether he is mentally handicapped or not, which he clearly is.

If Trump had come out and declared himself an atheist during the campaign he'd have snap lost several million votes though.

Trump is technically not an atheist.

As an atheist, I can speak for all of us. We don't want Trump. He should stick to religion.

Perhaps not, but LostOstrich is clearly correct.

I'm a regular guy living in one of the top-5 bluest states in this country, and get verbally bombarded anytime I even go near the word when describing myself or my wife.

A politician at the national level would get instantaneously destroyed. There's a reason almost no one in any high level office has even attempted it.

The reason no major politician can be an open atheist is the EXACT same reason Trump is president right now. People are generally awful at applying reason and evaluating evidence.

Behind closed doors, Republican lawmakers fret about how to repeal Obamacare

WaPo received an audio recording from the GOP retreat meeting regarding healthcare. For people who have been talking about killing Obamacare since the moment it was signed into law, they sure seem like they haven't thought this repeal and replace situation through.

I read that several of the Executive Orders lifted a bunch of text from old Mitt Romney drafts. But to be fair, I'm not sure how much standard verbiage EOs usually have.

I still have a galaxy 3 despite being able to upgrade for a couple bucks per month on my plan. that phone. I'm not too old...not quite in my 40's.
