The Presidency of Donald J. Trump: No smocking guns. The Presidency of Donald J. Trump: No smocking guns.

Reading trump tweeting mad that Germany needs to be paying us more to defend them is so very funny.

There is like no chance he has any concept of European or Global Politics over the last one hundred years.

http://nypost.com/2017/03/18/trump-g...s-for-defense/

“Despite what you have heard from the FAKE NEWS, I had a GREAT meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel,” he wrote at 9:15 a.m. in the first of two tweets.

“Nevertheless, Germany owes vast sums of money to NATO & the United States must be paid more for the powerful, and very expensive, defense it provides to Germany!” he followed up 8 minutes later.

I dont even..

he didn't follow it up 8 minutes later, it took him 8 minutes to write 144 characters

Our president is delusional.

We can all stop being surprised at Trump's lack of knowledge. It is clear he knows nothing about policy, history or politics. He knows and and cares about two things; his financial and political health.

It's a complete lock he could not pass a 6th grade exam about German American political history nor could he speak intelligently about his health care plan or budget.

At what point and after how much damage to this nation will the call to remove this POS begin? I wake up every day ashamed that this person represents us.

It doesn't really make a difference to me. To be honest, I'm much more concerned with the millions of people (including millions of KIDS who are low-income through no fault of their own whatsoever) who are about to lose their health insurance. People are going to die because of RepubliCare, people that don't have the kinds of ridiculous choices and opportunities 45* has had throughout his life. I'm focused on fighting these awful pieces of legislation first and foremost.

So if you want to pitch in, call your Representative and two Senators today. Tell them to vote NO on AHCA. This stuff really matters in real peoples' lives. It's not just a thought experiment.

Really we need everybody act like rational human beings but that'll never happen. Partisan voters eat that COMMUNIST mantra and wherever all that nonsense came from. Then they see HITLER in return which is overblown even though I do believe some of them up there are essentially nazis. Trump is more of a richest in his bias than he is a racist tho which is why he might still end up much closer to Putin. A chance at the combo of both though I suppose.

*shrugs* Currently, I don't believe the investigation is gonna ensnare trump which will make people mad, but I think someone's gonna go down which will make people mad. (I don't know if I want a dem to go down in it or not for the lols) Either way, the butthurt should be incredible. Too many people hoping for a silver bullet b/c it's the instant gratification generation. There is still a chance trump simply wanted to be his BFF and russia just wanted to **** with us rather than any collusion.

So much focus on meals on wheels is a great distraction for trump budget as it keeps focus away from everything else and meals wasn't gonna die off anyway as it has other funding. Another "see your outrage was overblown" freebie to trump supporters. The left likes to do that a fair bit for no reason other than the standard lack of awareness.
People claim its communism but there are no communists and sure some of them are Nazis but not all of them are sounds like a like a split it down the middle centristism that's not in the center.

Most of my posts try to show cleverness and/or uniqueness because there is a chance that I can parlay that into money. On the probability forum I still sometimes come up with solutions that are unique enough that I think would impress even you.

My standarized test scores in high school were the highest in New Jersey at the time so it isn't ridiculous to think that I am could compete with a journeyman mathematician if I took that route.

I'm not exactly an auto didact because my father taught me a lot when I was still young. He would have easily been world class if my mother didn't detour him from academics. You are new here so I will repeat his professors:

A Adrian Albert, Ernest Nagel, Mortimer Adler, Edward Kasner, Norbert Weiner, Lise Meitner, and Arthur Compton. I wouldn't be surprised if no human being has ever had this many world famous teachers. So he isn't an auto didact for sure. Nor is his cousin Jack Sklansky who basically invented computer sight or the other David Sklansky who may be the world's best professor of law, now at Stanford.

Of course non of this stuff is related to whether I am a creep or not. But I'm not a complete fraud.
it isn't ridiculous to think that at all, and you're clearly not a fraud, but have you ever considered taking a few math courses at UNLV or something? you'd probably get a huge kick out of it.

A few problems with wheatrich's analysis. First of all, many Dems are conservative, not moderate. Joe Manchin is the perfect example. Second of all, the center of gravity in the Republican party is essentially Nazism/White Supremacism/Fascism/Trumpism right now. So if you want a more centrist government, truthfully you would be voting out every single Republican you could find and voting in every single Democrat.

white house is on security lockdown rn. is anyone surprised that the wacky conspiracy theory king has a steady stream of nuts thinking they can get close to him?

I only kind of know what money is, but I think this video explaining Trump's budget by Hank Green is pretty well done. Overall spending remains constant while military spending goes up. In taking an axe to everything else, it's a giant FU, and not just to people that didn't vote for him. I have to hope for some sanity from Congress.

Shocker - another right wing nutjob makes an idiotic argument followed by having to stipulate that he hasn't actually thought about it much.

By the way, it's super super +EV for humanity for horrible people who deliberately cause mass suffering to die painful, agonizing deaths. Nothing wrong with being happy about it.

Its not coincidence that math is the human cognitive ability most easily replaced by a machine.

Good at math =! good at reasoning.

While bolded is true, I've almost never seen someone who was good at math that was bad at reasoning/illogical.

I used to think so too. But it was a bit of a give-away when David tried to put a positive spin on someone drawing a swastika on his home shortly after the election. My best guess is that he supported Trump and is now in full-on denial about the consequences of that election. Maybe I'm completely off target though.

Eh I have seen plenty of people who are good at math who fail at common sense. I think common sense firmly falls into the arena of both logic and reasoning.

Good thread on the Trump-Russia connections and why it is so important that there is full + complete investigations to get to the bottom of it:

Wheatrich has fully come out of the closet it seems. He tried to pretend for a while but it must have been galling to pretend to care about what happens to other humans.

This is why Neil Gorsusch CANNOT be confirmed to the SCOTUS--and it has nothing to do with Merrick Garland!

Pence and Brannon never get close to the WH without Trump. His celebrity was the ticket. Without trump they are were they belong, at their poorly attended KKK meetings.
