My point is just that if we have a President that is going to pursue investigations and policy just so that he can satiate his narcissism then that is definitely something worth talking about and arguing against. When he bases his reasoning for these issues on things that literally don't exist or come about by some conspiracy paranoia type of stuff some random dude wrote about on the internet then that is worth talking about.

I read elsewhere that the first three rows of the CIA speech audience were not CIA employees, they were handpicked Trump supporters brought in for the occasion, one of whom lead every outburst of applause and they all chimed in when prompted. Most of the CIA employees were silent and understandably appalled.
