He just called the United States a company.

Orange ****ing buffoon.

Does an internal shakeup mean the nukes get fired, though? I'm admittedly not well-read on NK and would welcome any suggestions for reading to better educate myself on what endgame scenarios might look like for it.

Still, probably the best thing is to do some uber diplomacy with China and SK and get a full buyin for NK 2.0. That's no small lift for even a theoretically competent administration, and it seems like the Donald's people are more into saber rattling even if it alienates China and isn't coordinated with SK. Least bad option may be more waiting. More info and tech is getting into NK and China cut off coal shipments last month, which is a potential killer. Don't know if they've started up again.
No, because the North Korea thing happened before with Obama, Bush, and Clinton. It's a shakedown pure and simple. They rattle their sabers, then they get some form of payoff from the US, South Korea, Japan, or some combination of them, then they go quiet again.

The difference is now this time it's with Trump, so one has to seriously consider how far he's willing to go before he capitulates to whatever it is they want. My guess is that he'll go just far enough to look tougher than Obama, then let it go. Hopefully anyways.

"The negotiators for Germany have done much better than the negotiators for the United States"

Yeah maybe that's because they fund their state department, numbnuts.

Is there a story about Trump getting those "yes" from GOP Congressmen? Who is he talking about?

Fired U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara Said to Have Been Investigating HHS Secretary Tom Price

Trump’s head of the Department of Health and Human Services traded stocks of health-related companies while working on legislation affecting the firms. A source says Bharara was overseeing an investigation. The White House didn’t immediately comment.

Trump is confused. He thinks this is a campaign debate and that Merkel is Hillary Clinton.
03-17-2017 , 02:35 PM
Love this German guy.
03-17-2017 , 02:35 PM
You shouldn't be talking to me, you should be talking to FOX
03-17-2017 , 02:35 PM
Trump reiterates his wire-tapping lies. Referring to Merkel: "At least we have something in common."

Now he's using what I call the "hateful preacher" defense. "Those aren't my words, I was just quoting someone on Fox News." (When hateful preachers do it, they're quoting the Bible).
03-17-2017 , 02:37 PM
holy cow, at the wiretapping joke....whewwww buddy.

Ugh he just touched Merkel without her permission. ****ing disgusting. I cringed visibly and I'm pretty sure she did too.

What is the "something in common" statement referring to?

Trump is a true embarrassment.

Story is from 2013:

Barack Obama 'approved tapping Angela Merkel's phone 3 years ago'
President Barack Obama was told about monitoring of German Chancellor in 2010 and allowed it to continue, says German newspaper

Trump just delivers at such a high level of craziness consistently. It's amazing.

With the stolen plans, make a big deal about it, and open yourself up to big questions on why they had them, or try to sweep it under the carpet, raising suspicions from both sides.

He takes no responsibility for repeating bull**** at the same time as he touts the FOX guy's credibility. Not a molecule of shame in this guy.

This seems like the kind of thing where we'll get a good comment out of Shep Smith.
