Somehow I doubt, that literally the huugggest political dramabomb divorce story is going to be broken on 2+2. Yet there is a page of posts LOL'ing and quoting it as fact.

So I called it out. Someone has to break the bubble.

Let's get back to discussing the lack of legislation of the 115th Congress compared to the 111th.... You know, my actual factual post that seems to garner no discussion.
LimpDitka had dinner with the primary source. That's reporting.

One is hearsay (double hearsay?) from an unidentified New York real estate developer.

One is an actual tweet made by the President.

Obviously you can see the difference.

You can get hard over him all you want, his credibility is less than zero to normal people. "President" or no.

Even if Trump's White House is dysfunctional... what about the Congress. Why is there no legislative language on the corporate tax changes, personal income tax changes, etc.?

They're in the basement discussing Obamacare in secret.

he has a point tho, we shouldn't be discussing their relationship even if it seems obvious what it is to many of us. It's irrelevant.
The only interesting thing is if the story and any potential scandal or divorce make impeachment more or less likely. The slow start to legislation doesn't mean ****.

Trump is not a regular president. Either he's out or we're ****ed and who cares about how many laws were passed in the first 100 days.

I'm not sure, it seems like they are trying to work on repealing Obamacare right now. But Paul Ryan seems to lack enough support to get anything through the house. He's threatened to put up bills for a vote regardless, but that didn't turn out so well for Boehner.

Yeah our nation is in crisis as long as the Orange Monster remains in power. Lol @ worrying about corporate tax code changes right now. We have to get to the bottom of this whole treason situation first.

LimpDitka may have a good or bad reputation, I don't know. But, he reported something he directly heard from someone who knows Trump. Yeah, that's hearsay (ianal so take that colloquially) and may not stand up in court, but it's standard reporting.

Because all the GOP does is yell and scream about how they are going to make everything better and then they never do anything.

Take the ACA. They've been saying for 7-8 years that they want to repeal it and replace it. OK, fine.

But...Replace it with what? There's no plan. They just want to replace it. But they don't tell you what they will replace it with.

The whole thing is a giant ****show and the orange clown is the headliner.

Nope. There is no difference basically. That is entirely the problem.

They have to repeal the ACA. Or there will be a primary ****show in 2018.

There last choice is to repeal it with a 3 year cliff to at least make it to 2019.
03-05-2017 , 05:36 PM
Which by the way I should say about Obamacare--so far at least, #TheResistance is working. We're making it very difficult for them to get anything done on ACA repeal with our constant phone calls, protests, town halls, and everything else. Keep it up! We can stymie these *******s for the entire length of a Trump administration, or even more than six months if we have to!

Comey is asking the Justice Department to call Trump out on his BS about the wire tapps.

Mr. Comey has argued that the highly charged claim is false and must be corrected, they said, but the department has not released any such statement.

The Majority doesn't want to lose the ACA. They're gonna lose bigly if they pull thta trigger.

If Trump is still president for the next major crisis, we are completely ****ed.

They can't though. The ACA is too popular now. Something like half the Trumpkins that voted had no idea that Obamacare and the ACA were the same thing. Merica, right?

It's political suicide to repeal it and have 20 million people lose their healthcare overnight. They'll just yell and bitch about how horrible it is but not actually do anything.
03-05-2017 , 05:46 PM
They're gonna focus on important things, like making sure mining companies can pollute streams and getting those sweet tax cuts for millionaires and billionaires. You know, helping Real America (TM).

Comey asks DOJ to reject obama wiretap claims from white house.

Sessions, who hung out with trump yesterday, runs the DOJ.

I think all of us are well aware that the less a Trump/Republican Congress gets done, the better. I hope he plays golf seven days a week from now until his impeachment trial.

It's mainstream news now. People are saying. It really is that simple.

Comments are depressing of course: https://www.facebook.com/FoxNews/pos...171184456336:0
