I assume Trump has all kinds of legal arrangements that will ensure she gets none of his money if she walks out. Like, everyone who does business with Trump eventually gets scammed.

If any of the Melania rumor is true, then there is now a possibility of Trump getting caught up in an extra-marital sex scandal while in the White House. Imagine the irony if his presidency is brought down by US Weekly instead of the New York Times or Washington Post.

President Trump (and his trumpkins) could probably make her life quite miserable, more so than loser trump and his disbanded deplorables.

Wait, people doubted there was a different reason other than Melania being a trophy wife who hates his ****ing guts that she is only with Trump ~1 day a month? His biographer has said before that Trump basically never allowed her to see him naked. He's so, so pathetic.

If Melania divorced Trump rn, abrupt deportation might be the best possible outcome for her.

To be fair, this is the only altruistic thing I've ever seen him do...

I'd be shocked if she actually wants to see him naked.

Just for context, Obama said this back in 2012. He wasn't referring to after the 2016 election, but the 2012 election.

You spelled "crippling depression, fetal-position, go back to bed all day" wrong.

Not to anywhere Putin can get to her - which is basically everywhere.

My girlfriends father is a very wealthy real estate developer in New York - if I had to guess - his net worth is somewhere around $100-$200 million - hes wealthy enough that he has a private jet. He knows Trump (think he met him a couple of times) and also is friends with a couple of his friends. Anyways, we were having dinner and he told me a couple things about Trump.

First off, apparently on election night Trump was almost positive he was going to lose, like everyone in his camp was resigned to the fact that they were going to lose - it came to a complete shock to them that he won - OK this isnt all that shocking or interesting.

The second thing he told me, which I thought was kind of interesting: prior to Trump winning the election, Melania had all of the divorce papers ready to be signed - she was literally ready to pull the trigger the day after the election. Everything that came out about Trump, pussy grabbing etc.. it was the first time she was hearing about it. Of course he won the election, and she couldnt divorce him because thats political suicide. This is the reason why she stays in New York with their son Barron. It's not because of Barons school, like Trump wants you to believe - it's because Melania cant stand being around Trump. She will not, unless absolutely necessary, step foot inside the white house or be near him.
No offense, but this story is an asinine conspiracy theory and really has no place here.

So the WH is demanding Congress investigate Obama. Like why? Do they think Obama is some 007 villain that secretly sneaked into Trump Tower in the dead of the night to listen in on conversations? If there's a wiretapp it was ordered by a judge. So why bring attention to the fact that a judge had probable cause to wiretapp your sorry ass?

It's interesting this "fake news" upsets you, but not the fake news the current president is vomiting out of his mouth.

awval, this is like the 920th time in this forum that either of those stories has been posted by some source. You realize that, right? There are literally hundreds of sources and facts to the claims that:
Trump did not think he was going to win the election until the night of the election
Melania and Trump aren't super in love

Well it meets the standard of your daddy, the occupant of the highest office in the land.

One person allegedly disliking another person for reasons doesn't even come close to meeting the definition of a conspiracy. It's an unverified claim, though a plausible one.

I would like to discuss the lack on any legislation so far in Trump's Presidency.

The only notable bills of the 115th Congress are bills that overturn previous Obama-era rules/regulations. The two most notable: the coal mine river run-off regulation and the SS disability gun background check rule.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o...tates_Congress

Compared to Obama, the 111th Congress had already passed substantial legislation.

January 29, 2009: Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act of 2009, Pub.L. 111–2
February 4, 2009: Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act (SCHIP), Pub.L. 111–3
February 17, 2009: American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA)

--------

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but isn't a lot of the hold-up because the GOP plans to use (wants to have the ability to use) reconciliation to repeal the ACA, so they can't go onto tax reform until they figure out what they want to do on the ACA?

I heard another story where Hillary is holding kids hostage at a pizza parlour. Don't believe everything you read.

Trump saying whatever on Twitter is an actual topic to discuss. Whether they are lies or not.

A poster making an unsubstantiated claim/conspiracy theory isn't allowed per Rule 3 of the Sticky on the front page.

This is Politics Alpha, no? If I wanted to discuss horse**** I would go to chezland.

Do you really think I believe that Obama personally wiretapped Trump's apartment? The 44th President isn't that dumb.

What is unsubstantiated about those claims? Just the divorce thing, really.
The rest of it has been corroborated over and over again.
