This article is stupid. The world needs to invest massively into eliminating poverty by creating a stronger social system, but that doesn't mean that taxes should be at a ridiculous level. And the type of statements like "isn't 900k enough money???" is pure populism.

It is also very normal for people to say that the government should be focused on saving money. Anyone who has had professional experience with or in the public sector will confirm that most government institutions are way behind the curve. That doesn't mean the public sector shouldn't exist, but it needs to find a way to solve the issue that they never seem to evolve efficiently.
