The Presidency of Donald J. Trump: No smocking guns. The Presidency of Donald J. Trump: No smocking guns.

seeing Trump throwing random paranoid accusations, spelling a 3-letter word incorrectly and generally acting like a mental case this morning was pretty funny for a few minutes. Then I remembered he's the President of the United States.

Spy who compiled golden shower dossier reportedly on the run. FBI considered him credible. He's probably not long for this world. My suspicion is that everything in that dossier is 100% true.

Even if it is true good luck to Trump and his team of finding any judge or jury who is going to convict Obama. They'd have to try the case in Texas or Kansas

I wonder where he thought they'd be deported to. Like, Siberia?

Pretty sure he doesn't live out the year unless he's Jason Bourne.

I certainly hope they tapped his communications, given what was known about Putin/Russia working to benefit him and all the contacts his campaign had with them.

LOL is totally about politics. Is the ciity attorney a Democrat? Yep. Are the people here legally mentioned in the posts being irrational? Yep. Is this a Politics Forum? Yep. Were the posters Democrat Party supporters ? Yep. Are you a Democrat Party supporter? Yep.

Btw in 2010 5 Democrat Senators voted no on a cloture vote to end the Fillibuster of the DREAM Act in 2010, 3 Repubs voted yes, one Democrat abstained. If the Democrats that voted no would have voted yes the DREAM act passes even with the Democrat Senator abstaining. Also the Democrats increased their majority in the Senate in 2010. They never got the bill through. They're certainly not blameless for the current situation.

So who's surprised NSA was used for political gain?

I just died reading this on foxnews, how do you make a spelling mistake like this in an article?

“Just out: The same Russian Ambassador that met Jess Sessions visited the Obama White House 22 times, and 4 times last year alone,” he wrote.

If it is true it was most certainly a legal wire tap, and we will very shortly know why the government had probable cause.

The Dems went over the top on Sessions and now Trump is going over the top on wire tapping. In the end it will all come to nothing. But fun to watch.

Russia is a hostile foreign power. I think they have wide discretion to record conversations involving spies/ambassadors of a hostile foreign power. Besides, why would Trump and his campaign be having all these meetings and discussions and phone calls with agents of a hostile foreign power? It's not normal during a campaign, not at all.

Yeah, that's about as crazy as legal permanent residents/green card holders suddenly not being allowed back into the country after they went on vacation, with no warning. No way something like that could ever happen, these people are being totally irrational.

this tweet makes 0 sense but shows the flawed logic of the president.

There aren't any adults in charge any more. Trump is the President, technically. Nobody can really tell him what to do. Let's say you're one of his top advisers. Do you try to take away his phone, risking that you piss him off and he fires you or worse? Nah, Trump and Sessions are literally running our country now. Dangerous times ahead.

btw does anyone knows if the legal permanent residents/green card holders were all able to go back to the country?
I thought I read some had their green card or papers taken away or cut before being ejected.
Was that true or did I misread?

The N.S.A. was used for political gain? Seriously? Did you happen to see this?

Quote:
American law enforcement and intelligence agencies intercepted the communications around the same time they were discovering evidence that Russia was trying to disrupt the presidential election by hacking into the Democratic National Committee, three of the officials said. The intelligence agencies then sought to learn whether the Trump campaign was colluding with the Russians on the hacking or other efforts to influence the election.

No. Russian hackers were used for political gain. Donald Trump asked the Russians, via Twitter, to hack Clinton's emails, in July.
http://www.politico.com/story/2016/0...ionship-226282

They hacked the D.N.C., leaked emails to Wikileaks, and influenced the election. This helped Donald Trump win the election. The Russians hacked the D.N.C. for their political gain, and for Trump's political gain.

Suggesting Obama ordered the N.S.A. to hack Trump for political gain (whose?) is absolute nonsense.
