A DUI 20 years ago should not be grounds for deportation. Even Trump said he was going to go after the violent offenders first. This guy is no bad hombre.

LOLOLOL - DECIMIATED. Yeah man it's just hell on earth out here I tell you. Don't come. Ever. If by "deciminated" you mean "the entire region runs on the backs of cheap immigrant labor" then yeah. It's decimated.

Where does your family live?

I don't expect you to even try but I'd love to hear your definition of decimated in this context.

What has that got to do with deporting Romulo Avelica-Gonzalez?

Oh I see. We must be nuanced in how we address you, but you can just call all of us mentally ill.

I have a lot of time to waste with George Soros paying me so much for intermittent protests.

Jesus for having such strong opinions on this subject you sure don't have any idea what you're talking about.

A DREAMer is someone who was brought here by their parents as a child - you know, when they didn't really have a choice?

Should they be deported, given some kind of path to citizenship or just ignored?

Saying one law is stupid and one law isn't - is the exact definition of picking and choosing.

You'd have no problem if someone didn't get arrested for a blowjob. Yet you're ok with deporting a father of 4 who's been in the country 25 years. Because laws man.

If caring about more than only myself is "thinking with my emotions" then yes, I think with my emotions. I won't personally suffer if all the illegals get deported, but I still don't want it to happen, because my compassion for them outweighs the potential benefit of easily being able to find an $8/hr job if I'm ever looking for one. (Let me know if there are other benefits I'm unaware of.)

There's a difference in having an opinion and being in a position of deciding what to enforce.

Being able to expound upon your own experience by applying it to others will just never be understood by these alt-right aspies.

Taking the merits aside for the moment, the formality of Trump's tweets ("I hereby demand") is bizarre.

So you have literally 0 problem with the enforcement of laws you don't like?

Like, not enforcing laws is mandatory. There is NO way to enforce every law. The only discussion should be which need to be prioritized.

Of course there is. But the people who decide what laws to enforce make judgment calls all the time. Sometimes at their own discretion, often through some direction from the top. ICE is clearly being told to round up anyone they feel like right now.

Not since Operation ******* (rhymes with JetPack) in the 50s have we seen this level of rounding up and deporting non-violent illegal immigrants. That was a shameful period in our country's history, as this will be.

ICE just rounded up a DREAMer who was brought here at age 7, and whose big crime was to speak out. http://www.cnn.com/2017/03/01/us/dre...n-mississippi/

Quote:
Even so, Vargas, who aspires to be a university math teacher, wanted to speak out this week about recent ICE raids, Stuesse said.

"She thought sharing her story might help people," she said.
But shortly after Vargas left the news conference, she encountered federal officers.

"Just after she spoke, ICE agents retaliated," said Greisa Martinez Rosas, advocacy director for United We Dream, on a conference call Thursday with reporters. "ICE agents tracked her down and knocked on her window. And what we know they said is, 'You know who we are, you know why we're here.'
But hey who needs smart kids who want to go into STEM fields? **** EM!

Let's go live to truefish's reaction:

Yeah I know I'm just virtue-signalling. Deep down my lizard brain is completely thrilled about this kid getting deported. I just like to be fancy and put on airs for my libtard buddies.

Pretty simple to me. He sees himself as the King of America.

That's not what a DREAMer is you dope.

Anyone born in the United States is a citizen. But surprise, surprise, a Trumpkin doesn't know the law.

Man trump is kind of hard to read, can't tell if desperate tweeting means he is scared people really have the goods on his admin or just a tantrum about someone saying something mean about his people.
03-03-2017 , 05:39 PM

took him about an hour to get it right.
1st tweet gone now and last one edited.

Yeah, the guy using victims of murder to justify deporting innocent, nonviolent men women and children is the person using cool logic and common sense.

Obviously it goes without saying that These People Believe In Nothing, but one of the more blatant ways this manifests in immigration discussions is that they will pretend that it's all about the law. But it will quickly become obvious that they don't count the parts of the law that allow foreigners to stay here.
