So, apparently some of the restructuring of the NSC came because of a bad copy pasta job. They used a Bush-era org chart, but the chart was pre-9/11, so it didn't account for new agencies and personnel created after the attacks.

In Texas, Trump won the Presidential vote over Clinton but only by 52.6% to 43.4%. The views of the people of Texas, overall, are pretty goddamn moderate. In fact this goes for a lot of states, like North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, but because of Republican control of the redistricting process, you have extremely conservative state govts and congressional Representatives from these states.

Just a reminder for whenever the WH tries to shoot down the story about Reince trying to get the FBI to shut down the Russia story. Just a few days ago, he was bragging to Chuck Todd about how much he knew about the investigation and how much he talked to the FBI/IC about it.

Beck was on full frontal w samantha bee, and while still being a complete douchebag, he managed to basically admit that he peddled a ton of bull**** for years and essentially apologized for helping to create trump. Guy is still a coward tho and hangs on to a lot of his right wing/conservative orthodoxy

No idea if this is true but I remember reading a story years ago about how Beck is really a Democrat. Apparently he had a radio show supporting Bill Clinton in some red area back during the 90's and was on the verge of being fired due to ratings. He decided to shake things up and supported the Republicans. Ratings went through the roof and the rest is history.
