It's almost like 99.99999% of voters have no clue who the **** these people are at the state level and just vote party lines or not at all for those positions.

A lot of those lower level positions are held by shockingly incompetent people who leverage one minor connection and then incumbency into doing an important job poorly. It only matters because this one is close, there are probably dozens of Brenda Snipes ****ing all sorts of **** up but it doens't matter when it's an 8 point win instead of a 6 point win.

The fact that Trump is going out of his way to claim he doesn't know Whitaker is a GIGANTIC tell that he's petrified right now.

If Sessions wasn't the world's biggest cuckold, he'd come out and admit that Trump made him hire Whitaker around the same time he made him write that undated letter of resignation.
