"each candidate is spending millions trying to prove that they’re the person most like — and liked by — the president" is 100% accurate. Randy Boyd even explicitly said "I'm exactly like trump except I tweet less".

Eminem has some pretty cutting tracks on revival.

Or Joey badass.

Top Maryland lawmakers announced Friday they were informed by the FBI about links between a Russian oligarch and the software company that services parts of the state's voter registration systems.

Officials said there is no evidence of a breach in the system, but wanted to keep the public informed. State officials said the connections were alarming enough to ask the state's attorney general to review the contract Maryland has with the company.

"We don't have any idea whether they meddled in the elections at all," Maryland House Speaker Michael Busch said during a Friday press conference. "We just know that there's Russian investment into the vendor system that we use to operate our elections."

The revelation came just hours after the Department of Justice announced indictments against a dozen Russian nationals for a range of charges in connection with hacking during the 2016 presidential campaign.

In a joint statement released earlier Friday, Busch and Maryland's Senate President Mike Miller said they became aware of links between Russia and the voter systems a day earlier.

"We were briefed late yesterday [Thursday], along with Gov. Hogan, [that the vendor] was purchased by a Russian investor in 2015, without the knowledge of state officials," the statement said.

The statement also gave more details about the vendor ByteGrid LLC.

"[The] FBI gave this office important information about a vendor the State Board of Election uses to host various election systems. This vendor - ByteGrid LLC - hosts the statewide voter registration, candidacy, and election management system, the online voter registration system, online ballot delivery system, and unofficial election night results website. According to the FBI, ByteGrid LLC is financed by AltPoint Capital Partners, whose fund manager is a Russian and its largest investor is a Russian oligarch named Vladimir Potanin."

Potanin is said to be "very close" to Russian President Vladimir Putin...

RATM disbanded almost 20 years ago. Since then the best thing we've had in that regard is what? American Idiot?

Let’s be crystal clear about something, the DOJ conducting their investigation is not contributing to the destruction of the country. The GOP and conservative “news” outlets are doing all of the destruction. The DOJ has not been spouting off conspiracy theories and making false claims to the public. That has all been the GOP and their single sided news outlets. They do not care about facts or truth. They only want to protect their interests.

No innocent person acts the way trump and his close ties have/are. Trump and the GOP have done more damage to our democracy than anything in the history of our country. Also, let’s not forget how many indictments, charges, and guilty pleas Mueller has delivered. I believe five people closely tied to trump have pleaded guilty so far, and that’s just SO FAR.

It’s funny how republicans conducted the Benghazi and email investigation into Hillary, which produced NOTHING, but they want this investigation, which is putting people in prison, to wrap up.

Agreed, straight fire.

I guess 2ny point is there are probably artists today recording strong anti-Trump stuff but I don't know them because I am old and out of touch.

You do realize that you are responding to a gimmick account of someone who doubtless is on the same side as you?

Perhaps taking his fashion cues from Steve Bannon, I think Trump has been wearing those same pair of oddly rumpled at front pair of pants for 3 days straight.

--- wait, that pic is from a year and a half ago, not this visit. So is it the same trousers making a reappearance? Or why do the front of his pants always look like they've been slept in for a couple of days? Or, why can't he buy a decent pair of pants?

--- !! Here's one from today....

Rumpletrumpskin.

Eh, the state of Trump's pants is probably a mystery I should best leave unsolved.

Who's a donor to a republican house PAC with 38000 dollars?

Elon Musk

Let's see, musk runs his businesses like Trump, donates to republicans, abuses the media for cheap pr (if you think that sub would've worked you are a gullible fool), tesla's mostly don't work and he's had to rescind his promises on some models already.

I've been under the impression he just discovered cocaine at 50 but honestly I have not looked into any of his political contributions, I wonder if he'll comment on that.
