Well technically no. The WH said it was false and said the DHS said it was false. The DHS said it was an early draft memo and isn't being currently considered. The AP reports that it was being discussed by several other agencies. Sounds like it was being kicked around, but currently isn't in the planning stage.

Also the AP said they sent multiple requests to the WH about the article and the WH never got back to them but then after AP published then they said the memo was completely fake. Either the WH wanted the memo published so that it could deny or they're just overwhelmed right now and couldn't get back to the AP or simply have a policy of not responding to reporters.

So yea, the same thing actually happened when Obama was President. He actually was pretty tough on immigration in public and actually put some tougher laws in play, but leaked memos kept mentioning the early form of the DACA program and other things, and guess what Obama rolled them out eventually.

A lot of them are weak-minded, weak-willed and scared ****less over many many things. Just like Trump. That fear is leveraged via propaganda (including a lot of it in the main stream media) to influence their thinking and decisions (spending, voting, etc).

Fear farming for fun and profit.
