Yep. He lives around the corner from me, I'm pretty sure.

He's invoking his Italian heritage. It means, sort of, "enough's enough"

I don't always love drug companies, but when I do it's because they perfectly shut down a racist piece of ****.

I think it means "enough" in Italian, or something like that.

It is possible this is the Kim Trump thought he was meeting with all along.
Its pretty funny that the Kardashians and Kushners are on the social justice side of an issue because they have family members so corrupt that even their wealth and white privilege couldn't keep them out of the nets intended for black and poor people.

I'm back to being sick of Avenatti and wishing he would go away.
05-30-2018 , 01:51 PM
Avenatti might have forced the release of this #trumptape in court through careful lawyering, but i’m going to give full credit to Tom Arnold if it ends up being any good
05-30-2018 , 01:54 PM
Will be surprised if the judge doesn't tell avenatti to STFU soon.

Are the tapes Avenatti talking about the piss tapes or taped conversations between Trump and Cohen?
05-30-2018 , 02:05 PM
Cheers guys.

He was interviewed on a podcast and said that their strategy of public appearances was going to continue until it no longer worked, so I’m guessing this is that point.

I wouldn't have predicted this but the right's response to the Roseanne situation is triggering me something fierce.

Yeah, my opinion of him has dropped significantly. He was basically given the choice of Being On TV or removing himself from this particular Cohen case and he chose the former. I'm trying to wrap my head around the idea that this is in the best interest of his client (as opposed to himself) and I'm having trouble doing it.

edit

I think Avenatti is talking about tapes specific to the Stormy case. He refers to her A-C privilege.

Either
A. Keith Davidson and Cohen conversation- troubling
B. Keith Davidson and Stormy conversation- more troubling

Then there is inference that some tapes include the Donald himself.

That said being indifferent to racism is still deplorable as hell.
after trump was elected one of the main arguments from the right was adamantly and smugly, "oh ya, so you actually think that 63m people are racist?"

and its like, ya I do.

What is their response? I don't see how this is a controversy (her cancellation), outside the US we don't hear what Fox or Breitbart has to say.

First amendment. How dare you fire somebody over using WORDS. Whatever happened to sticks and stones? Injustice of the highest order.

Essentially, they have no idea what the first amendment is or how it works.

What a ****ing dope, writers have really mailed it in.
Got to remember Trump ignorantly thought running the country would be exactly like running his sideshow company. He thought he could do whatever he wanted and demand everyone else do whatever he wants and if they do not just fire them and then use sleazy lawyers to lessen any blow back.

But the government doesn’t work like that at all and he is the most ignorant and unknowledgable buffoon to ever hold the office.

ABC doesn't hate Roseanne -- The network hates her viewers

And a bunch of stuff on Reddit that angries up my blood too much.

Yeah they watch and some believe they will move a SHS presser to interrupt his show if they think he is being extra salty. I think it helps sell the previous narrative of fair and balanced. They get angry watching Shep so think they have all angles covered.

If you look at how Cohen operated in every way, he clearly thought he was never at risk of being caught or investigated. I assume once Trump became a republican front runner he thought he was bulletproof.

He never struck me as terribly smart and he seems like he is fairly lazy, opting for the easiest path. So I assume him having horrible opsec is entirely within his character.
