The Russians understand the game and don't retaliate, but even if they do, so what? Anything that gets done can be undone after a cooling off period and no one's (much) the wiser. But not only does he implicitly give the guy assurance that Trump will undo the sanctions then he apparently lies about it, at least to Pence and possibly to the FBI! I mean WTF is going on here?
