Just want to note how amazing it is that BMOL is confidently issuing opinions about which way SCOTUS will rule and then apparently... assumes that we would use Roberts' decision on Obamacare as a basis for which way he will rule on this. ??????

Section 1182(f) of immigration law clearly gives the President the right to make the call to deny entry to aliens of a foreign country that he believes would be detrimental to the interests of the U.S. Enjoy your short-lived victory.

I think he's just so used to threatening legal action to get "wins" because it works against contractors who can't afford to fight back he doesn't understand this is a completely meaningless threat to make against the judiciary itself. "The most overturned" by how much? How much more often is the 9th overturned than the median circuit? It must be 20 or 30 percent more if the ninth is so bad.
