depends on the consent laws. From a quick googling DC is a single party consent state, which means you can record any conversation that YOU are a part of or that you have the consent of one party that is engaged in the conversation.

so yeah, i would be recording everything all the time if i were in the conversation.

Mueller has to have Trump on at least 20 instances of money laundering. I know a government official in panama and the trump building down there is extremely shady in regards to money laundering. I have to guess him becoming president has to be one of the worst things that has happened to him and his businesses, still weird how he has gotten away with so much shady business throughout his life

This is true of substantially all luxury condo sales. The whole ballgame for developers is facilitating money laundering. Something like 75% of NYC condos over $10 million are never occupied.

It's likely legally binding. Think of it as a pre-complaint settlement agreement.
