weird everyone i've seen says they would be dumb to not just rewrite it because it's already been implied it restricts based on religion.

Are you taking bets then like you had previously hinted or just talking?

I'm not sure that rewriting it works. I think any order would be challenged at this point

Chuck Cooper, the conservative Supreme Court litigator, is withdrawing his name from consideration to be the next solicitor general, opening the door for the husband of Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway to be appointed to the role.
RIP Cooper, also a lot of power couples going on in this administration

Could see Alito and Thomas going for it. Even Roberts is a stretch.

I'm not following so closely, was this decision a big surprise? Anyone give me the hindsight odds?

don't use Roberts decision on Obamacare as a reference point. I fully believe he purposely ruled in favor of it standing because he felt it would lose Obama the election because it would remain a major talking point for the GOP. If it failed the issue would have gone away

Haven't read it, but news making it sound like they not only refused to end the stay but went out of their way to comment and **** all over the executive order's constitutionality. Anyone read it?
02-09-2017 , 08:16 PM
Is there some rule that all trumpkins itt must have less than 200 posts?
02-09-2017 , 08:17 PM
See you in court? So what's Trump gonna do w/ the SCOTUS laughs at this and throws it out the window?

I doubt anyone would have been banned for asking for the likes of Castro's death in the forum, should be no different for the ****ing lying bigoted bastard.

I'd go further and say wishing he was dead is something to be commended. **** is all sorts of crazy.
