No one single person most likely. Everyone is fighting for chances to exploit Trump because 1) He thinks his instinct rules all, and is not concerned with vetting people. 2) He's easily exploitable with fake loyalty and ego stroking. 3) He'll be a willing or unwilling accessory to anything.

I think the only coordinated effort for everyone in the Executive across the board is the cover-up. Trump is never bad and don't ever admit anything. You don't like it? Quit.

The way I see it, once upon a time religions ruled the world, and recently the business man has taken over. But their not gonna go and take responsibility for their actions because that would mean that they couldn't be evil anymore! So they let the governments stay on and pretend to lead. Their job is to cover everything up.

I think the people should make a hostile takeover of the business world and quickly, because once machines can do everyones jobs the people will lose their power. And I dread to think what the businessmen will do when that happens. I doubt they will just let us all have an everlasting holiday.
