Guess Trump wanted a little attention so he had a speech about nothing in the middle of nowhere.
08-08-2017 , 04:36 PM

Seems like it could be a little obstructy, no?

oh hi!

I guess the problem now is that he has committed himself to action with very bold words. If NK now throws out a simple threat again and trump doesnt respond militarily his words wont bear much weight in the future. I wonder if this was in accordance with the military or if he just threw that out there.

It was probably the first thing that came to his tiny brain. He almost certainly didn't speak to anyone before saying it. He just vomits out whatever creeps into his head.

Kind of why I think the approval stuff is complete BS and irrelevant.
It's not ultra relevant, but I wouldn't say irrelevant either. In any case, I'm glad the media talks about it because it must be deeply demoralizing to an egotist like Trump.

ETA: It also affects the political calculus of GOP Congresscritters.

My (serious) prediction is there's an assassination attempt on Kim Jong Un by the end of the year. No idea if it will succeed or what will happen afterwards.

more law enforcement, more prosecutions, tougher sentences

nobody is safe from this menace

Well i guess its likely he just went on a tangent, not the best move when you are on vacation.

This is also a bit funny btw:
http://thehill.com/homenews/senate/3...e-expectations

McConnell on Monday said the deadlines placed on Congress are “irritating” and compared the Trump administration’s progress so far to that of former President Obama’s.

So today is a good reminder that the answer to "would Pence be worse than Trump?" is lol no.
Trump increases the risk of going busto in total nuclear annihilation by quite a lot.

Go Mueller go.

Saw this fake tweet and it made me LOL.

Nice voter purge going on at DOJ.

https://twitter.com/AriBerman/status/894948177798995969

Quote:
Ohio has purged 2 million voters from 2011 to 2016, more than any other state, including 1.2 million for infrequent voting. At least 144,000 voters in Ohio’s three largest counties, home to Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati, were purged since the 2012 election, with voters in Democratic-leaning neighborhoods twice as likely to be removed as those in Republican-leaning ones, according to a Reuters analysis.
Yikes. They even released the source code for the purge...

OF COURSE stupid ****ing Rs are on TV defending Trump's tweet threatening nuclear war with NK.

"The President is a great communicator. This is a serious serious situation and I'm sure President Trump chose his words very carefully. People need to listen to what he's saying, because this is serious. It can't be overstated."

EDIT: Wolf Blitzer: What do we do when NK makes its next threat? We both know they will.

"I won't entertain hypotheticals, and I won't sit here and criticize the President. He speaks his mind very well, and now the ball is in Kim's hands. They know he's not messing around either. President Trump has been in office 6 months and he's pulled the trigger twice already. Now he's got the nuclear codes in his pocket. Look, you really don't realize how serious this is."

I think this guy's name was Senator Risch or something.
