Acosta's argument towards nostalgia is too easy to refute. The country and times are always changing. You have to make the argument about why poor unskilled immigrants who don't speak English are still beneficial to our country in 2017. Nobody gives a **** what the poem says.

Do I think it will stop trump from doing and saying dumb things? No. But at least there will be a gatekeeper for a lot of the craziness. The real question is will Jared and Ivanka honor the chain of information?

New Hampshire might be a mess but compared to a lot of other states we're doing ok. We're like George W compared to Kansas being someone like, oh idk maybe Trump.

And not only did Hillary win the general but both of our senators are Democrats.

He really can't get out of reality show mindset.

Ouch, Sen. Rob Portman just said it's the Dems' fault that Tillerson isn't willing to fight Russian propaganda.

Wolf: So why won't Rex Tillerson use the $80 million earmarked for fighting Russian and Terrorist propaganda? He said he didn't want to upset Russia.
Portman: He's probably just waiting until there's more staff working at the State Department. Right now, we're waiting on confirmations, but...

DEMOCRAT OBSTRUCTIONISTS! of course.

It was basically Wolf Blitzer asking why we're not stopping Russian propaganda, and getting Russian propaganda in response from a GOP Senator.

Chiefsplanet conceded there would be no wall like a week after the election and was totally cool with it. They literally want Trump to do nothing except piss off libtards. Which makes sense because they all have perfectly comfortable suburban lives.

Wolf: "Interesting. Well that's all the time we have right now. Thank you Senator Portman. Next up, studies show millennials are killing the lace doily industry."

This is all new. And beautiful. A massively increasing trend of people or organizations publicly calling Trump out for his lies - this near future thing will be fun.

Yeah but you are you going to believe, the compulsive liar who escapes the White House for one of his golf properties every chance he gets, or the 8 or 9 people and journalists Trump could sue into oblivion if they were lying. Tough call.

The Governor of New Hampshire (R) heard Trump's leaked call with Nieto where he called New Hampshire a "drug infested den", and he's not happy. He issued a statement saying that Trump was wrong and some other stuff.

Not an amazing anecdote I know, but more pushback from Republicans who aren't afraid to speak or agreeing blindly with Trump. Keep 'em coming!

Any governor who didn't vociferously rebuke something like that would get destroyed by local media and constituents.

Trump supporters are the OG cucks

...I give you most Republicans until recently. Don't ask me how they tolerated their "fans" for so long, and how some others still do.

They should have folded New Hampshire into Massachusetts after that Old Man rock deal fell apart. The whole state lacks direction imo.

Trump to the Mexican president: "We lost a lot of factories in Ohio and Michigan and I won these states – some of these states have not been won in 38 years by a Republican and I won them very easily."

I think this almost describes Wisconsin (33 years since Reagan in 84, in 88 Michigan and Pennsylvania voted for H.W.), but then a fraction of a percent is "very easily", and he thinks the Mexican president cares? LOL
08-03-2017 , 03:01 PM
It seems like every private Trump conversation that's been leaked involves some reference to his tremendous electoral college victory and various themes around that.

I'd love to know what's going through his head when he tells foreign leaders about his campaign victory and then they just smile and nod instead of bragging about their campaigns.
