Putin's Russian puppet joining in on twitter. This could be fun.

You know he knows he's on the losing end of the argument when he latches onto the UK/Australia comment, which clearly was not meant literally, and goes ape**** on it. That's going to make the rounds in the derposphere now. FAKE NEWS CNN THINKS ONLY THE UK AND AUSTRALIA CAN SPEAK ENGLISH! WHAT ABOUT CANADA LIBTARDS? WHAT ABOUT IRELAND?

I can't wait to find out how they define speaking English, by the way. Like, I'm semi-conversational in Spanish. I can say hi, apologize for speaking the language poorly, order food, ask basic questions, etc... Would that level of competency pass muster for them? I doubt it.

I was honestly surprised Acosta didn't at least say "Uhhhh. Those were EXAMPLES of places. You turn it into this rant??"

Huckabeast: Lie lie lie lie "phone call" means "in person meeting" more than once lie lie lie.
Reporter: Is it ever appropriate to lie from the podium?
Huckabeast: (lying) Noooo! That would be wrong! I protest too much!

When people with secure jobs recite the Statue of Liberty poem to struggling Americans it kind of reminds me of when men lecture stressed woman about the right to life. Those listening will think "easy for you to say" and I would guess that both tactics can help lose elections.

Well said David. I thought maybe you were going to point your spigot of truth at the hypocrisy of Trump continuing to employ foreigners on cheap work visas. But you surprised me and found a way to land on the same side as white nationalists.

Again.

Just goes to show that PURE REASON can sure lead to some unexpected places!

That's a classic DS bit because there's a thing where he assumes that some insane far right "they taking our jerbs" view is a universal premise and then is just struggling like crazy to figure out how people are disagreeing.

You sound like somebody who couldn't handle first-neg.

True, but that's still a mistake Acosta shouldn't make. Even in real time, I knew what Miller was going to do before he did it. It allows the other guy to make a seemingly valid point and deflect. Can't make it that easy.

I have no idea, but isn't there some sort of requirement/test now for citizenship. I assume they would just transfer that over. At least that would be the rational thing to do.

From what I've seen he's not the only one, they really can't figure out how anyone can possibly disagree with them on that issue.

Cuomo's was much better. That was one of the few where I think even a die hard Trumpkin would have had a hard time. Of course, as someone posted in this thread, just because it's hard, doesn't mean it's impossible. Apparently some Trumpkins saw that and still thought the guy he was interviewing wasn't full of ****.

Miller v Acosta wasn't nearly that much of bloodbath. It was mostly two people talking past each other and there was plenty for supporters of either side to latch on to.

Maybe the fact that they profess its about jerbs, but don't give a flying **** about Trump hiring cheap foreigners. Things that make you go hmmmm... maybe it's about something else than jobs.

russia using the word impotence directed at trump had to be intentional.

No I didn't. But strugglling Americans do. Or they think they MIGHT be taking their jobs.

(Also I'm not quite sure white nationalists don't feel a bit uncomfortable with this whole thing since an underlying premise is that a black computer programmer is more desirable than a white landscaper.)

Struggling Americans like Santa Monica-born, Duke educated Miller?

I think DS is trying to argue white nationalists suffer cognitive dissonance because the underlying premise of "they're taking our jobs" is ultimately that mediocre white people can't compete with foreigners.

Which I mean maaaaaybe, because the mind is a very complicated thing, but I'm quite confident that at least the superego level and probably deep down below, white nationalists have concocted a whole web of interconnected stories and paranoias and fictions to deal with that sort of mental friction. Namely that corporate America, big business, their liberal and cosmopolitan allies and other beta cucks are kowtowing to (((Soros))) and others who use white guilt to perpetuate their white genocide agenda and there's an active conspiracy to harm the white man's economic vitality.

Not exactly. Because personally I would actually like immigrants to come over and take lots of jobs from unskilled Americans who are not mentally or physically disabled. Any American doing such a job probably disdained learning and has less right to a happy life than the person who is in bad shape through no fault of their own.

I'm ghana go with the conjecture that white nationalists don't mind taking in only skilled labor because they assume that there aren't any decent computer programmers from Africa.
