It's (b). Obviously in most walks of life, including business, it wouldn't be that noticeable, but as President of the United States you're subject to a certain spotlight effect.

It seems like his method is to just blather on about nothing until they relent and agree to sign whatever he's whining about.

Also, there's only one country in the world with growth over 9%, and quite frankly, I think Iraq does still have reasons to be unhappy.

He can't stay on topic for more than one or two sentences. His vocabulary seems extremely limited and he constantly falls back to stock phrases and generalities. Some of those answers are just completely incoherent and look even worse in print without his superficially plausible delivery.

If you go back and look at him talking politics 20 years ago there's a huge difference. He's going senile.

Thank god gen Kelly is gonna fix all this. Papa bless! The Great Pivot has begun!

Eerily similar to when Mike Flynn was discovered to be compromised and then fired. "He's a good guy." "A smart guy." And so on.

They covered it up by removing all of these obvious references in the published excerpts from the interview.
Well sure, WSJ is owned by Trump's bff Rupert Murdoch.

Sick so far.

EDIT: That was a weird bomb to drop on Donna Brazile at the very last second.

Now bump that return up to 7%, which seems reasonable for a 50-year risk tolerance - and you're a little over $1B.

Now assume you've invested primarily in NYC-area real estate the last 50 years and tell me why you're not a billionaire many times over.
Numbers do not remotely check out:

50 years of growth at a net 2.5% rate gives you 3.43x (1.025^50) your money, or $34.3 million. At net 4.5% it's 9x, or $90 million.

From Tim Heidecker's song "Mar A Lago,"sung from the perspective of Donald Trump:

"Yeah, I like to get on the mic and gin up the crowd. But I'd rather be on the tee, where those folks aren't allowed."

Probably worth a read regarding collusion. CAP folks are generally pretty sharp.

Everything that has happened the past 2 years can be boiled down to a few sentences,

1) Trump is a very stupid person; objectively and measurably.

2) this is EXACTLY why his fans love him because they too are very stupid; objectively and measurably.

It's this simple. Everything else is an extension of this fact. His fans believe the world is not complex because they are simply too stupid to understand the complexity. This leads them to think "common sense" is superior to expertise. If this is your worldview Trump is your obvious saviour because you get to think being a moron is not an problem, but an asset.

"Trump is plain spoken like me [read an idiot] and he is mega rich."

"I'm sick of hearing things are complex like climate change or the budget. I balance my checkbook and it's super cold in the winter. Common sense tells me these are simple problems"

I know all the cool kids here like to scoff at those comments, but it really is out of character for Rs to have anything bad to say about each other in public. I can't recall any of these guys having anything negative to say about W even as revelations regarding torture and war started with falsified intelligence began dropping.

I also think it would be wise to be more circumspect about the idea of impeaching Trump. Not on the merits, but based on the idea that if Trump were to be impeached or removed early in his term, without an airtight case that can actually be provided to the people who voted for him (and that may not be enough for some) the derpo-sphere will be calling for the impeachment of the next Dem president on his inauguration day, and these people (and their customers) don't much care if the "high crimes and misdemeanors" are complete fabrications.
