Do you think there was ever a point in Trump's life where he had a better grasp on the details of the projects he was overseeing? I used to think that he had to have at some point in his life, but now I don't think so. I'm fairly certain that this whole act he goes through where he babble incoherently while inserting vaguely relevant phrases is how he has always operated.

Besides the US there are exactly two countries in the world with more than 300 million people. Indonesia is number 4 with 264 million. Malaysia has 32.
