The Dem response to this should really be "That's nice. Hey, where's the healthcare bill?".

I get that it would be nice to defend the human dignity of transgender people and all, but there are unfortunately bigger fish to fry here. If you allow Trump to use ****ting on some minority group or other as a distraction, then that will become his go-to strategy and he will keep doing it.

The mileage that right wing media gets out of these issues is incredible. Tons of people get convinced that Democrats are trying to let sexual predators loose in the bathrooms of America to terrorize the heartland's innocent virgins.

The backlash has had real consequences. All of these so call "bathroom" bills also make it explicitly legal for employers to fire gay employees. I suppose that fighting for equal rights for all Americans is the right thing to do, but if the consequences of failure are so great then maybe it's not always worth the risk.

Did I miss the part where being transgender forces you to announce it to everyone you meet? Does anyone actually think this "ban" going to stop transgendered individuals from enlisting if they really want to join the military?

Seriously 9 year olds spell better than that(he spells "seem" and "house" wrong!), but despite the fact his spelling is absolute dog**** his sentence structure and general composition of the letter is quite good. He also knows you hyphenate words that go between lines, though he does it with like a huge ****ing margin to spare. That's an adult trying to write a child's letter.
