The problem with the skinny repeal getting signed into law is the difficulty in getting the Freedom Caucus to agree to a bill with no medicaid, tax or Planned Parenthood cuts.

My take is that either the centrist or Freedom Caucus (or both) will realize that passing something is better than passing nothing for their reelection fundraising and something will be done.

But with Mana i dont think its necessarily a deal, he supposedly had some demands for the closed session hearing that made the committee discontinue communications and subpoena him into a public hearing , but they said they preferred to be more forthcoming if he is too.

Trump is treating Sessions abysmally, but it's important to remember that Sessions deserves zero sympathy. He was the first member of Congress to endorse Trump, so can go **** himself a hundred times over. He is getting exactly what he deserves.
