WE WOULDN'T HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE GOD DAMN PROCESS IF YOU HADN'T PUT HIM IN OFFICE IN THE FIRST PLACE
A lot of his recent posts have this weird pearl-clutching reverence for standard political processes. Bro, you voted for Donald Trump. You don't get to lecture people on the sacred norms of our political system.

Yes. But the connection to the commercial is weak. Then we have people responding with 'And he doesn't even know the difference between health and life insurance' which is dumb.

I don't really care, it's just silly.

Awval is desperately hoping he can gaslight us all into forgetting he was and is a loud and proud Trumpkin by posting all these subtle appeals to process and minor jabs at his daddy.

Friend of mine posted this on Facebook, from a menu in a central FL restaurant. Not sure how serious they are and why they would put this on a menu.

Spoiler:
Kids will be kids, what are you going to do?

Hah, true.

That's an order! This dude is off the rails.

That seems to be the standard kid raising ideaology in Florida.

I don’t know about the gerber thing but the onus is on you now to support the notion you really think trump could distinguish the differences between health and life insurance.

A few words missing from this post: racism, sexism, homophobia, liberal tears come to mind.

What a waste of money at the print shop. They're gonna need a longer menu after Wednesday.

I've seen a couple local businesses openly supporting Trump, and it's such a bad business move. Nobody wants a side order of politics with their casual purchases, and there's no way you gain more customers than you lose for it.

It's not good for a place that needs lots of random customers, but it's probably a fine move for some businesses. Like if I started a roofing company, advertised "I LOVE TRUMP AND ROOFING" that probably gets me more than enough roofs and my customers would be huge suckers so I could charge a lot for cheap material.

Are you sure? Businesses that advertise with a Jesus fish usually seem to be struggling a bit more than their secular competition ime.

Of their few remaining customers, most of them must love it. So thanks to a big heaping spoonful of confirmation bias, I'd be surprised if they didn't think it was a great move. "But all our five customers say they love the ads!"

Margins tho. People choosing your business because Trump are guaranteed to be complete ****ing morons. Say what you want about Ron Paul, he figured out early that its a whole lot easier to con money out of dumb olds than the population at large.

Rachael Maddow is a legitimate national hero. She will go down in history along the lines of Murrow and Cronkite.

Eh. I know a salesguy (now a contractor himself) who used to do Christian advertising and play that up and did well with it, though he didn't do that exclusively. Some of the people I know in Home Improvement would have no problem having three companies:

I LOVE TRUMP CONSTRUCTION

I HATE TRUMP CONSTRUCTION

WHO IS TRUMP? CONSTRUCTION

3 phone numbers and the same receptionist answers different ways depending on the number called.

I'll never forget the first time my mom came over my house and saw me watching Rachel...

Her: Who is that?
Me: Rachel Maddow. She's really smart and good at what she does.
Her: Isn't she a lesbian?? (curls lip, scrunches face)
Me: How does that have anything to do with being a good reporter?
Her: I don't know exactly, but trust me, their brains don't work like ours.

Trump attracts these people like the world's biggest magnet. If magnets could be bigots.

I'm both not surprised and flabergasted the GOP has replaced the Don Jr open hearing with an official Butwhataboutism where they are going to claim it's the democrats with the Russia vulnerabilities.

My last shreds of hope fade daily.

I guess I didn't get it.

Without that one, it's probably a +EV business strategy with more elegant execution.
