That might be a good argument if Russia didn't do that.

New theory:

1) Putin reminded Trump of kompromat, didn't like Mueller buzzing around in his Russian business dealings, and ordered Trump to get rid of Mueller.

2) Trump approached Sessions to fire Mueller. Sessions refused because of his recusal and the ****storm that would follow.

3) (optional) Trump goes to DAG Rosenstein with the same demand and was also refused due to said ****storm.

4) Trump takes his frustration and runs it over to the NYT.

5)???

6) Profit in the short run, but because of Jeff Sessions's new repossession laws will have to surrender every penny he has, and is then fair game for prosecution like the rest of the poors.

Can you stop knocking down the same strawman you created several posts back? Russia is one of the world's worst actors period. Whether America is "good" or not is irrelevant. There's no doubt America is morally better than Russia in every way, but nobody here ever claimed America was "good." Inserting that part was your decision and you keep repeating the mischaracterization post after post.

There's no way out of the hole you dug yourself without attempting to redefine words like "evil", "good" and "morality" in non-useful ways.

The locations of 10 US military bases were leaked in Northern Syria. Plenty of soldier lives at risk.

https://twitter.com/thehill/status/887968094752305152

This have anything to do with Trump surrendering Syria (and who TF knows what other intel) to Putin??

If yes, what about Obama or Hillary? Any chance this is directly related to Comey and Susan Rice unmasking uranium in Iran to leverage a fake dossier as fake blackmail freaking Trump out enough to fire Sessions and drive an American made firetruck over Mueller's family who just lost their Obamacare? Poor guy.

If it isn't obvious by now, nothing shakes Trump up into outing himself more than scrutiny of his (financial/blackmail) relationship with Vlad. Nothing. Not healthcare. Not attacking his son for a week. Not putting his son-in-law or favorite daughter under a microscope. Not talk of impeachment. Nothing more than Putin.

How do we keep everyone focused on this despite distractions?

Nice to know my elementary school a/v guy has gotten a job with the New York Times. He's still using that old Panasonic cassette recorder too.

I'll make one final point about this because I've never claimed "this will be the thing that finally does it" for other events. Mueller carries a thick Watergate line not to be crossed and no other event so far is close to being on the same playing field. Firing Comey wasn't 20% as bad and look at the things that happened after that. Trump wasn't unseated, but he did take a big hit and face some real unwanted exposure.

Now, onto the point.

Trump isn't completely unhinged. He hasn't killed anyone in public yet. He hasn't tortured anyone or set up false flag attacks or whatever. There are many worse things that would be fine with both his base and GOP that he just won't do. Why not? If he's so immune to everything, why the restraint?

If Comey perjured himself, or Obama wiretapped him, or Susan Rice leaked confidential intel, then why is Trump only going on Twitter to attack them and not having them arrested? Why isn't he arresting, killing, torturing, raping, or threatening to sue journalists? He's clearly got limits. Why?

A handy timeline of TrumpRussia by the WaPo. Good to tuck away in your pocket for later reference. I never knew that the Russian DNC hack was immediately after Trump announced his candidacy in 2015.

An interactive timeline of key moments in the Trump-Russia investigation

I just started reading the NYT summary of their interview with Trump:

https://www.nytimes.com/2017/07/19/u...ranscript.html

And I couldn’t get through the first paragraph without my head exploding from the incoherent mess that are his thoughts.

Seriously WTF people. We knew all this long before the election. I will clearly never get over it nor forgive people who were so lackadaisical and/or uncaring or just flat out ignorant to have voted for this guy as President. There is nothing that can be said to justify such a monumentally lazy or just flat out dumb decision.

Nobody is likely to want to elect a president who is dumber than them in every possible way. So what does this say about the electorate who voted for Trump? Once again, WTF.

Makes sense if you think about it though. Putin probably has quite a few high profile Americans compromised and they went to work right away when they saw an opportunity. I wouldn’t be surprised if history doesn’t reveal that Russia directly pushed him to run.

TRUMP: I have had the best reviews on foreign land. So I go to Poland and make a speech. Enemies of mine in the media, enemies of mine are saying it was the greatest speech ever made on foreign soil by a president. I’m saying, man, they cover [garbled]. You saw the reviews I got on that speech. Poland was beautiful and wonderful, and the reception was incredible.
I missed the famous Poland speech entirely. It kind of sucks given all the interesting speeches presidents have given at home and abroad I was totally tuned out when the best speech ever by a U.S. president on foreign soil took place.

Unless...unless someone told Trump Kentucky was in Poland?

Edit: also the talk about seating arrangements at the Merkel dinner is amazing where trump talks how Melania was seated at the other end of the table next to Putin. Putin really is amazing.

Rule of Law has already been over for a while now, bro. Trump already fired Comey and there were no meaningful repercussions. I guess we had a march or two. How many times has this administration been caught red-handed telling lies?

The last bunch of days have shown the TV hosts, pundits & Dem Congresspeople are starting to struggle when talking about the motives behind Trump's actions. They're doing everything to avoid saying Russia has people badly compromised and are falling short. The IC is bloated with evidence against Russia and Trump's campaign. It's gotten almost impossible to say things publicly without sounding as dumb as the people defending Trump.

I don't know what the rules of journalism are concerning this, but if nothing changes and Trump keeps escalating they will be speechless soon and Russia wins.

Why not just start retconning the story that Barack Obama seized millions of acres of American farmland and 'buildings' for his Five Year Plan? Barack Obama's turned America's breadbasket into kolkhozs, made slaves of white farm labor, and sold all the surplus food stores to Iran for global Jihad before Trump came back and repatrioted farms and returned them to their rightful owners. Why do you think milk is so expensive? A box of cereal is $5! THIS WAS PLANNED.

Put a poll out there and I guarantee 30% of Republicans believe that is actually what happened if you ask them.

I just saw a poll showing 77% of Trumpets think he should remain in office even if there's proven collusion, 45% believe Don Jr met about adoptions, and 33% don't believe that meeting even took place.

EDIT: In before "That's 155%, so obviously fake news."
