Eighth person in Trump Tower meeting is identified
An American-based employee of a Russian real estate company took part in a June 2016 Trump Tower meeting between a Russian lawyer and Donald Trump Jr., bringing to eight the number of known participants at the session that has emerged a key focus of the investigation of the Trump campaign’s interactions with Russian.

Ike Kaveladze’s presence was confirmed by Scott Balber, an attorney for Emin and Aras Agalarov, the Russian developers who hosted the Trump-owned Miss Universe pageant in 2013. Balber said Kaveladze works for the Agalarovs’ company and attended as their representative.

Balber said Tuesday that he received a phone call from a representative of Special Counsel Robert Mueller over the weekend requesting the identity of the Agalarov representative , which he said he provided. The request is the first public indication that Mueller’s team is investigating the meeting.

i'm disappointed that mueller wasn't aware of this meeting as soon as the security clearance forms were updated, but i'm glad he at least reads the newspaper

“You think you’ve gotta go on TV to talk to me? You treat me like a baby!” Trump added, according to Green’s account of the meeting.

“Am I like a baby to you? I sit there like a little baby and watch TV and you talk to me? Am I a f—ing baby, Paul?” Trump reportedly continued.

The room then “fell silent,” according to the book.
I think I just came.

It's official, the GOP are the most inept political party of all time.

Good, 6 pct drop. The number was 96% for a while. Last I saw it was about 2 months ago and it hadn't budged, so at least something's happening.

And you know all the people that were saying the mining jobs? Well, we picked up 45,000 mining jobs in a very short period of time. And everybody was saying, well, you won’t get any mining jobs. We picked up 45,000 mining jobs, and the miners are very happy with Trump and with Pence. And we're very proud of that. But that's just the beginning. We have jobs coming from all over.

The correct strategy is obviously to sell their souls in exchange for overt Russian cheating.

Disagree. He's a delusional goldbug obsessed with the nature of our currency. What % of voters are similarly motivated?

I think the hope is that all sorts of delusional paranoid types are becoming disenchanted with Trump as he fails to deliver on their fever dreams.

That's why I call it a "coalition." You've got the goldbugs, the Klansmen, the MRAs, the anime Nazis, religious fundamentalists, anti-vaxxers... just all manner of delusional idiots who have jumped onboard the Trump train with goals that are impossible to realize. When they find out that he isn't actually going to ban the fed or kick out all the Jews, they might just lose interest and stay home for 2020.

This, in it's own way, is the best thread on twitter.

I appreciate trump doesn’t know what the word majority means.
07-18-2017 , 03:04 PM
He obv doesn't know how Congress even works

"Republicans won, why can't we just have one Republican senator? We don't need more than that"
07-18-2017 , 03:05 PM
Also a man who literally won while getting millions fewer votes than his opponent tweeted that

Just to clarify, kompromat against Trump can come in any (illegal?) form that Putin/Russia knows about but we don't, right? In other words, it doesn't need to be an underage piss video when a little bit of 5-10 year old money laundering in the 100s of millions will do just fine?

Because it's looking very much like OF COURSE Donald Trump is being blackmailed. Not just susceptible, but actual blackmail. Though I have no direct evidence obviously, the circumstantial smoke is thick as hell.
07-18-2017 , 03:08 PM
A problem Russia could not have predicted: it's not kompromat if it doesn't actually compromise Mr. Trump. Which, in case anybody's following along... NOTHING HAS.
07-18-2017 , 03:11 PM
Also, the fake media is barely talking about Russia. It's been healthcare all day so far and they're STILL showing Trump in a bad light. Why are they not reporting our big victory from the bill passing despite Democrat obstruction? Lying fake news.

Yeah I doubt a pee video run on loop at Times Square even hurts him at this point. It'd be embarrassing but wouldn't cost him votes.

You're kidding right? Russia has been abusing us constantly since Trump took over with zero punishment. Aside from going through phony motions to throw everyone a phony bone in Syria, can you name anything Putin isn't celebrating about his horse winning the election? Jeez.

You can't think of a single thing Putin might have that's making Trump act the way he is? I'll start this game off by saying tax returns.
