In the mid 2000s, while traveling for work, my friend checked into a random hotel somewhere in the midwest. He went downstairs to the random bar/club in the hotel to grab a drink. Let's not devolve into throwing Breitbart links at each other yet. It's too early.

In Trump's last court appearance, he was clocked lying 30 times over a few hours of testimony. Is that close to 70% of a few hours worth of facts? Who knows? What I do know is that this court case was before Trump was President, and before he was even a candidate. There was no deep state or Democrats or mass media or Obama for him to blame it on. It was just Trump, the huge liar that he is.

It's not just the frequency of Trump's lies that is problematic. It's also the enormity of them and his complete disregard for the size or importance of the thing he's lying about. In other words, when most liars in our lives lie, they lie more often when it comes to smaller things and they lie less often about big things. Fact check him and look at the results. Depending on your own level of intellectual dishonestly, you may or may not be shocked by the reveals.

In addition to his own lies, he's got everybody in the administration lying on his behalf. They keep getting caught over and over and over. It's not only disgusting, but it makes dealing with them impossible, especially on serious issues.
