It's not just over enthusiasm, it's what most people (imo) consider nonsense. If he wants to turn the Democratic Party into the party that thinks making a profit in healthcare is morally reprehensible ('blood money' I think he called it) or that believes all capitalism is bad - cool. He should go to a different thread to do it.

The best way to get what you want is to get Democrats elected with these kinds of things as secondary or tertiary goals.

1) Medicare for all
2) Tax 7+ figure earners more. Everyone else gets big tax cut.

That's it. Bang the drum hard on those two issues. The other issues will follow.
Those positions are inconsistent.

So many controversial issues have been thrown out there. Who do we think is behind all this spaghetti/wall nonsense? If Trump isn't smart enough on his own, is it Bannon? Jared? McConnell?

It's clearly good for them to have huge controversies clogging up - for example - the courts (Travel Ban), Congress (Russia), the media (ridiculous Twitter attacks), and the public (healthcare). The issues rotate slightly at times, but the important thing is they keep everyone occupied.

Meanwhile, everything else is "sneaking" through barely obstructed.

Not small things either. What do we do? We can't ignore it. We can't push harder. Are we completely at their disposal, including elections?

Even if so, how about starting from positions like this and negotiate from there.

That depends on how you set up Medicare for All and how much you tax the 1%.

Is Tom Price the worst cabinet member not named Jeff Sessions?

I've seen him go full-on Rage Against the Machine with absurd stuff that I obviously disagree with, but there's room for even that with some effort into applying it to the context. Something as nonsensical as that socialism ad suggests that he's not even bothering to think about what he's posting. Just a few posts ago LC politely asked him not to spam, which ofc is immediately followed up by more quote-botting.

If somebody is just looking at extreme socialist or whatever-ist ideas, okay. Given the current state of the US government and the policies being advanced, it's hard not weigh other perspectives or at least consider aspects of them. It's much harder for me to dismiss anything today as I think Trump era demonstrates that even ridiculous agendas can take a lot of traction and support quickly. It's a good opportunity for thinking people to reconsider what kind of society we really want and how best to get there. But that all takes a little more effort than regurgitating memes from your Facebook page.

I guess his account has been hacked right

Re: The Voter Fraud Commission Fraud

I just learned from watching the Kentucky Governor on TV that...

1) States are being told to upload all of our personal information to unsecured, 3rd party websites!

2) Security experts are warning this data dump is a gold mine for hackers.

We've seen #1 before during the 2016 election (cough *Russian hackers*). #2 is true even if only some states comply.

No reason to worry about a thing.

Obligatory "this is the moment when he became President."

If it were not for his reg date, I would assume that Einbert is a troll. I really do not understand his defenders. I know the majority of this forum is not interested in socialism and a civil war to get to it (i.e. a communist revolution). Yet when somebody calls out his insanity, they are called "concern trolls", Trumpkins, racists, or something else along those lines. Maybe he was an important mod at some point in this site's history or something?

FWIW, I respect his doubling-down and spamming his (literal) socialist propaganda. You cannot call the man inconsistent. Still, I have feeling that if somebody started spamming quotes by Benito Mussolini, they would be (rightfully) insta-nuked.

I would say Betsy DeVos, but I would certainly listen to an argument for Price.

LOL at comparing Eugene Debs to Benito Mussolini.

It depends on whether you account for the capacity to do harm from the particular cabinet position in question. If you ignore the fact that it is possible to do more harm as AG than as Secretary of Education, then I suspect that Devos would be the worst.

He's not calling for a civil war.

Most of this forum constantly advocate socialist policies.

Equating Debs with Mussolini is pretty ignorant.

Einbert admittedly does get a bit spammy at times.

The CNN chokeslam tweet just means Greg Gianforte is accepting a position within the administration.

The solution isn't that hard to figure out, constituents just have to get in the game and leverage their influence a lot better than they do now. Even as deep as the power structure runs in the US today it's not impenetrable - it might be before too much longer, but for now it still needs to be propped but by a lot of ignorance and indifference.

Now how to get people more engaged is a different question, as is whether they're capable of holding the correct parties accountable when they do. I try to just focus on my part do what small but I can, where I can.

anyone who is doing anything other than chuckling at Trump's tweet and moving on is doing it wrong.
edited WWE vids are by definition meaningless and funny.
If you really want to put some meaningful effort in, find the clip where stone cold gives him the stunner and edit in either the MSNBC logo or morning joe logo.
