Serious question - has there ever been a more petty, vindictive, utterly ridiculous Tweet from any elected politician in the Western world?

I get that it's not as serious as bashing the free press etc, but it's about as far from Presidential as I can imagine.

And it's a complete money grab. They have to do something to keep the dollars flowing now that they control basically the entire gubmint, so scare tactics it is!
