He's been increasingly more critical of Trump in light of new information the Judiciary Committee was receiving. He even allowed Feinstein and other committee Dems increased latitude in issuing letters and subpoenas over that same period.

Then he and Graham pull this move today, excluding the committee Democrats. Seems like they just learned something (financial?) that hit Trump too close to home. Or Trump got to him...

The latest Senate Intel hearing on Russian meddling worldwide was pretty damning. Watching the Republicans continuously bash Europe and Obama made me sick. One of the most unpatriotic sights in a while.
