God I'm really starting to hate everything about America.
Because everyone that works on TV is part of the 1%. It's not like Anderson Cooper or Rachel Maddow are going to lose their health insurance. They just can't relate to real problems of the lower and middle class. So there's no sense of urgency on their part.

LOL @ Trump with that tweet. Reading between the lines he's saying "Goddammit I didn't want to be POTUS and Obama did nothing to stop me."
06-23-2017 , 10:55 PM
I think Obama really hates Hillary and Trump really hates himself.

Without cause? Hope you're watching Mueller. Nunes #2 in the making.

Now the entire MSM will post questioning Obama's "impact" in the Russia story without a single person calling it out for the such laughable bull**** it is. I really hope I'm wrong.

Just further proof republicans in office are not loyal to the constitution or the people of America.

It's because we're a nation of idiots obviously.

Healthcare is way too complex for people to want to sit through segments about. That is why the networks don't talk about it unless they have to.

There is a reason every segment goes like 7 minutes, because anything longer than that and people change the channel.

And there is also a reason these debates don't exactly wade into complex policy matters. Americans just dont care.

Fox made people care about the finer points of espionage law and document classification wrt emails on a private server. They can dial up rage if they want to.

He really has zero self awareness.

Trump's REALLY steaming over this. Aside from the tweet, he did a Fox weekend exclusive interview today that Ari Melber just showed a clip of on the Last Word. This immediately after being on Fox this morning too.

The clip I saw had him grilling Obama. He started off by saying "I just learned from the Washington Post..." LMAO.

So is the post no longer fake news?

Also lol @ "I learned from the post." There's 0 chance he read that entire article.

Of course it's still fake news. Not only do facts not matter, neither does self-consistency.

Would Americans watch news about health care? People want headlines, scandals and drama. So they give it to them. Health care seems to be to boring for most Americans to care.

I would make the point that 24/7 news channels have to suck, since there actually isn't as much newsworthy as that. That i why for CNN everything is breaking news even though it isn´t and stuff gets over reported and exaggerated, so that people keep watching. Most TV stations here have a 15 Minute news segment in the evening and you know what is going on after that. There are other longer segments but it doesnt have the objective to be entertaining since there is also entertainment on the channel like movies etc anyway.

Also, people need to read more newspapers.

That was a good argument for listening to obscure bloggers and podcasters who are not part of the 1% instead of TV. good one.

This.

Avoid insurrection, merge enfranchised anime Nazis and WikiLeaks (Russia) sympathisers with the faux patriots whom all thrive off of institutional distrust/paranoia. Slow motion pivot from Republicans freerolling as the party of "National security"
