Boy did I underplay that post. Just saw the rest of the story come back up on the news. There's so much more to it.

The Russian nuclear deal above was for $100 billion. In addition to not disclosing the RT and Turkey payments or meetings with Russians on his security clearance form, he didn't report that trip either. Plus, there was another trip to the Middle East that he omitted. And also another 7 years of meetings before that.

In other words, Flynn is buried. CNN was pointing out that this strengthens the obstruction case against Trump a little bit, given that it's Flynn's investigation that he has been trying so hard to stop (among all the other things we know that Trump knew about Flynn, and all the people who got fired or attacked for warning Trump, and loads else).

NOTE: This may or may not be related, but I read an article earlier today about Mueller signing a new member to his team - they said he was known best for "flipping" people.

I just find it very hard to have sympathy for this guy. Empathy, sure. It sucks that happened. But it's NK. Best case scenario is nothing happens.
