BTW, Mueller met with Senate intel committee today.

Whadya know, Trump was right: The threat of being fired really did force Mueller to focus! Firing him now will be harder but Trump will want it more than ever.

I assume the DC cops who also assaulted the Turkey protestors won't be charged

Doesn't really say, but I'd assume diplomatic immunity is a defense that the defendant must assert and bear the burden of establishing. Also, may be narrower in scope than you assume. Article notes that extradition is unlikely.

What can actually happen here? The GOP won't care no matter what.

Hey that Bob Mueller guy is probably spineless and dumb, why don't I poke him with a stick and see what happens?

Happy Birthday.

It does, it's why they were allowed to leave the country. If they land in the country again for whatever reason the US can ask Turkey for to remove their immunity and if Turkey refuses then they can just kick them out and prevent them from ever coming back in.

In all seriousness, even if Mueller recommends impeachment does it matter?

If you buy into the we need to come together rhetoric everyone is saying today after the shooting.

I'm kind of curious how Trump interacts with animals. He doesn't have pets. My guess is he's not deliberately cruel; probably just indifferent to them. Unless they make sudden moves like that eagle did.

Dear Robert Mueller,

Thank you for telling me, on one separate occasion, that I am under investigation. **** **** **** **** I hate being POTUS. Thought it would be easier. Tired of winning...

Well, he did leave a big classified brief with Burr and Warner when he met with them today.

If Trump wants to fire Mueller, he has to get Rosenstein (who has said he won't) to do it. Would be a hilarious Nixonian moment.
06-14-2017 , 07:29 PM
He will just unrecuse Sessions the pit bull again.

LOL the obstruction investigation was triggered by Trump's own words again. He never learns. Apparently, Mueller first considered investigating Trump when he fired Comey and the final nail in the coffin was the Lester Holt interview, where Trump confessed that Russia was on his mind when he fired Comey. Nicely DONe.

The lady from Washington Post on CNN is saying there were 5 sources for the story, and they even talked about the obstruction from Rogers and Coats.

I thought this was the nail in the coffin:

I hope trial balloon idea came from the Bannon-Kushner war room.

If you look at Obama's press conference six days after the election, it's like he knew all this was going to happen.

Is Mueller reporting his findings to Congress or to the Justice Dept.? I heard one analyst suggest that he could recommend charges and we might never hear about it without leakers.
