The Illinois Board of Elections was affected, though that particular agency doesn't count votes or maintain polling equipment. They mostly got voter data.

If I were taking action on means of leaving office, I'd take voluntarily as a dog to death + force. Not sure which of the three possibilities is currently the front runner though.
