Comey didn't leak (publish classified information without permission). He published unclassified information. By that standard every journalist in this country is a "leaker."

He also seems to start sentences with "I hope..." fairly often (though of course they stand out more now). Comey captured his speech pattern well. If Comey made up Trump telling him to back off on Flynn, it's an odd detail to put in bc it weakens the obstruction claim. Then again, maybe I'm just not giving Trump enuogh credit for his hopeful nature.

He defined leak as "the unauthorized disclosure of non-classified information", or something very similar.

These fellas are going OFF on CNN.
