Yeah just because we gave a two party system does not mean people need to choose teams. In fact choosing teams is a pretty bad idea when it comes to American politics. It is eventually going to wind you up in a pretty messed up corner.

Plus general party platforms do not change in tune with the actual world and what is important is different very often. My example is the fact that anyone is talking about abortion in the current political climate is insane and if you are wrangled into being associated with anyone giving it any importance you are being misused.

Yeah seems like a lot of " looks like it was plausible " stuff in the leak and no evidence of it actually happening which is what's needed.
