How are you even asking this question? This is the most obvious yes in the history of yesses.

As with all Trump tweets, Sean Spicer's explanation is correct.

The President's tweet speaks for itself. Do not attempt to apply logical thought to what he might mean; he's just a ****ing idiot.

"Sean, what does he mean by this tweet?"
"I think the tweet speaks for itself."

My favorite is:

Trump spokesperson: "I can't speak for the President"

Very interesting recent episode of Sam Harris' podcast with David Frum. Among many very good points they argue that at a time when the president's main goal is the destruction of our norms and values we must strive harder for thier maintenance. We simply cannot concede that these norms and values are now gone and succumb to the eye for and eye instinct.

This is very difficult and I fail at it regularly.

However, we must always remember that the maintenance of our social and political norms is more important than any policy win because they are tied to all policy wins. They are foundational to everything and the oxygen of democracy.

Typical when the world's biggest liar claims they have the best people.

NSA Head - Can't keep job, security concerns
EPA Head - Can't stand the environment
Secy of Education - Can't read & write
HUD Head - Can't tolerate inner city inhabitants
Secy of State - Can't talk about any State matters
HHS Head - Can't maintain health coverage
[...]

You know what these people CAN do? Run the swamp.

Imagine how he will perform if and when any sort of large-scale national emergency arises.

Then WAAF because these are the things voters care least about.

Our only viable hope is regime decapitation. 4 years is way too long IMO to be reversible.

Like, a lot bigger than government itself. I'll explain.

These guys are tripping over each other to be best friends with Trump. THEY WANT TO BE THE BIGGEST OLIGARCH! It's more than just a few dollar signs in their eyes. It's more than just some corruption. Their behavior is a dead indicator of the sheer magnitude of what Trump has to offer.
It pretty much dawned to me when this quote form Paul Ryan Leaked

No leaks. This is how we know we’re a real family here,” Ryan reportedly said to Republican leadership during a June 15 meeting on Capitol Hill."

The GOP pretty much now like the Mafia was a few decades ago. They know what they are doing is for personal enrichment and Trump is great to take the blame and attract the public eye while they sell their ability to enact policy to the highest bidder.

As if there weren't enough clear reasons to call Farage an idiot.

He's just going to tweet I told you so.

Scott Pruit might be the single worst trumpkin and that is saying something. He literally never utters a single true thing.

Chuck Todd is also so ****ing awful as host of Meet The Press. He has turned one of the toughest interview shows in history to a total ****ing softball where he basically sits back and let's trumpkins lie while never once going after them or calling them out.

Now up a segment on how Clinton lost.

He might as well be on fox and friends.

He did just ask if we take Trumps tweets on climate change is a hoax as face value, that we can agree "it's a box of crazy"

Trumps tweets this morning have me scared that if something happens in the US, he will immediately in act some sort of marshal law and put people in camps.

You say scared as if there is any doubt at all this will happen. He will 100% do this. There is no doubt. They are itching to do this. He desperately wants to be a dictator. He loves all dictators and loathes everything about the political checks that previously operated in the US.

It is not hyperbole to say there is a non-zero chance that the US may not be a democracy in a few years. I don't think this is likely but it is a real possibility.

And a slew of influential politicians angling to be on the oligarch short list.

1. Analyze situation for profit potential.
2. Secure self, maybe family.
3. Tweet "WAAF UNLESS we do [most profitable action]" and spread blame around.
4. Build up ratings for upcoming TV appearance.
5. Ask Vladimir what to do.
6. Offer lots of help to Republican base. Help later.
7. Go on TV. Repeat steps 3 & 6.
8. Offer less help to Democrats. Never help.
9. Watch Fox for feedback on own speech. Count # of times they say "Trump" during the analysis. Catch updates of national emergency in between.
10. Check to see if this is a good time to lift Russian sanctions.
11. Repeat step 1.
12. ?????
13. Yay step 1!

I'm also a bit over halfway through it. Really enjoy it. Written by NoahSD's brother.
