The first rule of giving immunity in a criminal prosecution is you never ever ever do it until you know exactly what your cooperating witness is going to say, under oath. This is true whether it's a small time drug dealer you are flipping a crackhead against or flipping the former NSA director against the president.

Edit: You can do what is colloquially referred to as a "Queen for the Day agreement," which basically says, we're not giving you full immunity, but give us information right now, under oath, and we promise not to use what you say right now against you at a future criminal proceeding. Once you've got your target locked in using that, if you believe them and believe their information to be useful and reliable, you can then negotiate a further agreement giving them immunity in exchange for testimony on what they just told you in open court.

MSM is reporting his tweets with such sad faces lately lol.
I can never stop being amused by trumps complete lack of understanding of "NATO payments" every time he brings it up.

All this proves is you can learn neurosurgery while still being dumb enough (or incurious enough) not to understand well understood scientific facts like evolution and the big bang.

Lol due to insanity I just watched al twenty one episodes of Designated Survivor uninterrupted by sleep or anything longer than bathroom breaks and it is indeed fairly silly.

It's start off with this huge premise and ends up being boring presidency stuff about boring legislation like saving the arts programs because a visiting child's choir. Certainly my longest single binge I exclaim without a hint of pride.

Just ****-ing kill me.
lol I want one of these idiots to explain the benefit of such relations with an elect administration and not the actual administration in power. Like none of this could be handled through proper channels once power changed hands.

Also why do 90% of these back channels communications tie directly to the premiere Russian spy's, and not just politicians or administrators.

"Money is pouring in." LOL I wonder if some of the other countries' leaders told him they would spend X extra euros on defense to try to give him a "win?" Or more likely he's just making it all up.

Well, yeah, most evidence points towards that. I was merely making a joke based on his apparent inability to open his eyes, to lessen my frustration over the fact that a person with such intelligence at the same time can be so immeasurably stupid.

You know how some people doubt William Shakespeare's ability to write, and therefore refuse to believe he was the man behind the most influential litteratur ever written? Well, I have some of the same doubts when it comes to believing that one of the best surgeons on the most complex systems in the human body, is the same madman we see on the television talking about poverty as a state of mind, and blaming children for being shot in massacres. So denial is the easier path, I guess.

Like I realize that Carson is a religious loon, but you don't do yourself any favors by regurgitating absolute false hoods.

Every neurosurgeon has/is going to be sued during their career. Malpractice suits don't quantify a physician's skill. Especially in high risk careers like surgery.
If after having a generalized 90 minute conversation with Ben Carson that did not involve medicine do you think you would be more or less likely to use him as a surgeon?

It is very hard for a poor white person to come to terms with the fact that they are at the same economic level as a poor black person.
Wait. I don't understand. Aren't there more white people on welfare than black people? Are you saying they vote for politicians who will end welfare programs because they think only black people will get kicked off it? Or are they so intent on making blacks lose their welfare that they're willing to lose it themselves?

My guess is advisors have strongly indicated the wind has changed on many fronts.

What would Trumo have to rally about? Demanding the worst healthcare ever? Embarrassing himself globally? Not cutting any taxes. No wall and Muslim free for all. Almost everything he ran for has turned to ****.

Maybe not. My oldest was old enough to vote this past election and not only did she vote, but was so aghast at the outcome that she (and her friends) have attended numerous rallies and marches since.

Young people are much more likely to not hold prejudices and demand a system that promotes equality for all.

Canceling rally = good stuff for the country!

That means they have him on full containment mode. Just like reports yesterday that they are going to start vetting his tweets through counsel before posting them.

This is the part of the story where Trump has to decide between surrendering a chunk of his base or getting into big legal trouble. Good!

oh ya. nice memory.

The fact that they weren't vetting his tweets from the start is laughably bad management.

they vote against welfare to restrict its access to groups they view as undeserving, like lazy people pretending they are uncapable to work, immigrants sucking out whatever they can get, and probably blacks. but most importantly i think is to target the ones they think are abusing the system. there are people that are under treatment for serious illnesses that vote against the system helping them just because they want to target those who abuse the system. also true for people having family members receiving vital treatments.

on the left we dont really miss sleep over the fact that there are some percentage of people abusing the system as long as we help enough needy people, but on the right people are struggeling to accept this. also i think they hope to get rid of immigrants that cant afford to stay in the country without these welfare systems.

there are two fronts in the class warfare going on at this point in time , the right wings targeting the undeserving welfare recipients, while for the left the front is directed towards rich people which should pay (alot) more taxes.

It's cutting off your nose to spite your face. And it's been the mentality of people for centuries. It's culturally ingrained in a large portion of the population.

This **** alternates between NATO "payments" sounding like a mafia protection scheme with the local bodegas and the Jerry Lewis telethon.
